I had a fantastic experience with Greenshields for rat eradication. Their service was prompt, professional, and incredibly timely — they dealt with the problem swiftly and efficiently. Within a week or two, we no longer saw any signs of rats, which was such a relief. I interacted with multiple employees throughout the process and every single one of them was fantastic — professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely friendly. I really appreciated how honest and transparent they were, and their customer service was excellent from start to finish. I was also very happy to support a local, family-owned business. I’d happily keep them on speed dial… but hopefully I never have to see them again 😊 Highly recommend Greenshields if you’re looking for reliable, trustworthy service!

I have dealt with the team at Greenshield a few times and they have always been extremely professional, knowledgeable and thorough. The last time I used their services was this past weekend in connection with a bat removal: they went above and beyond! This was an emergency call and within half an hour Curtis and Brandon where at my place, assisting with the critter. They also did follow up visits to make sure the house was properly sealed and that I did not have a colony taking up residency in my attic. Always superb service from this locally owned pest control team!

I would absolutely recommend Greenshield Pest Control for pest issues. We had an issue with a group of mouseguests that we had been really failing at solving on our own. The Greenshield team came, taught us a ton about how mice work and then gave us a quote for sealing all the places that mice get into around the house (in the dead of winter no less). They were back in two days to do the work and were done in about 90 minutes.The team was kind and understanding, giving us a variety of trapping options for the mice that were sealed in. If end up having another pest issue I would absolutely work with them again, though I do hope that I never have to.

Have had few issues with mice and ants this year. The staff at Greenshield Pest Control are fantastic from the office personnel to the fieldworkers. They are all friendly, professional, courteous, efficient and many have good sense of humor! And to top it off, my pest issues have been resolved, for this year anyway.
