Contacted Miss Mosquito Net via whatsapp with some snapshots of my windows and quickly got a response from Ben along with a preliminary quotation! We managed to arrange for a complimentary site recce very quickly and I'm happy to say the entire process from then to installation was hassle free. Ben and his team were extremely responsive and considerate throughout and took special care to keep their workstations clean and organized (which is soooo important especially for bedrooms) I would definitely recommend.

Ben and his team did a marvellous job in installing the screens. Ben was very meticulous when taking measurements and he made sure every gap if any is sealed to keep mosquitoes out. Installation was very efficient as the cutting was done onsite to ensure accuracy. Day of installation coincides with the day NEA releases Wolbachia mosquitoes as you can see from the pics 😀Highly recommended

I owe Mr Ben and Mr Ali this review after 5 months—my apologies for the delay. I had the installation done on 19 July 2025. After renovation, the house was visited daily for prayers for about an hour each time, so the windows were kept closed and ventilation was poor. Due to my phobia of insects and reptiles, being inside the house was always a frightening experience. I could only open one window at a time and constantly had to watch out for insects and reptiles that might trigger my phobia. This was extremely stressful for me. The house was also plagued by leakage issues from the unit above and mould problems, so I decided to address the ventilation problem first. I contacted many companies for insect screen installation, but most did not reply or turned the job down as it was small and challenging. I finally found Mosquito Net while browsing online and received a reply within hours. Within the next few days, Mr Ben came to my place for an on-site assessment. His attitude was respectful, sincere, and there was absolutely no hard selling. Together with his colleague, Mr Ali—polite, efficient, and delivering neat workmanship—they successfully installed insect screens on my casement window grills despite the centre grill lock, and even installed screens for my louvre windows along the corridor, which many contractors had rejected. Mr Ben even went the extra mile to offer me tips on keeping reptiles away from doors and windows. After the installation of the insect screens, during inspections by HDB personnel regarding the leakage issue and during mould treatment, I was able to open more than one window with greater confidence and less anxiety. The netting on the casement window grills remained well-fitted, strong, neat, gap-free and sturdy, and ventilation has improved tremendously! I will definitely come back if I need insect screens for my other window grills. Thank You! Thank You! Thank You! Miss Mosquito Net! This is definitely one of my proudest achievements of 2025!

Truly a five stars experience with Miss Mosquito Net. Quick respone to my initial reach-out, with Ben promptly arranging a site visit to my place. He was easy to work with, professional and knowledgeable. There was no hard selling from him; he was patient and explain the whole work process and costs of installing insect mesh clearly. His workers, Ali and Rahman went about their work smoothly and kept everything neat and tidy. Ben came down at the end of the day, to inspect the workmanship and final installation works. He personally checked that each mesh was done properly. He also show us personally (and shared videos via WhatsApp) how to use and care for the mesh properly. Days later when we reach out to Ben with an issue with a section of the mesh, his response was swift and solved our problem. Ben claims that he has a little OCD and is a prefectionist, but for me, he is someone who genuinely wants to help his customers and takes great pride in his products and services! I am highly satisfied with the service provided by Ben and Rahman for my insect mesh installation. From the start, Ben was punctual and took the time to patiently explain the installation process while meticulously measuring my windows to ensure a perfect fit. On the day of installation, both Ben and Rahman arrived right on time. Ben briefed Rahman thoroughly on the plan and returned at the end to inspect the final work, which gave me great peace of mind. Rahman was very meticulous with the actual installation, and the mesh looks fantastic.
