New clients typically begin with an initial consultation to discuss their condition, goal, or area of focus — whether that relates to stress, recovery, energy, or general wellbeing. From there, the practitioner will advise on session format, frequency, and whether a recurring package or single sessions suits the presenting need. It is worth confirming cancellation and rescheduling policies before booking, as holistic modalities often require a course of sessions to deliver meaningful benefit.
To take the next step, reach out to Grounded Spaces via WhatsApp, phone, or the enquiry form to describe your wellness goal and arrange an initial consultation at the Orchard Road centre.
Confirm the practitioner's licence number on the relevant board's public register before treatment.
I have been attending classes for a few months now (with instructors Felicia, Diana, Elena and Mary). The community here is the kindest and sweetest you’ll find. The team makes you feel welcomed from when you step into the studio and in class everyone celebrates and makes space for each other’s journey and progress. I find it most helpful when the instructors willingly share advice and help me on my journey. PS if you’re looking for nursing bras and camis they have a few from Embrace stocked there for you to try the sizing. PPS they support doggy causes too which is really nice and kind.
Thank you for an unforgettable 5D4N retreat in Chiang Mai. As my first wellness retreat and solo trip without my family, it was a truly meaningful and empowering experience. I’m so grateful for the warm guidance, thoughtful sessions, and the peaceful space to reconnect with myself. This journey has left a lasting impression—thank you for making it so special. 🙏✨
Attended a prenatal yoga class and loved it! The instructor was very patient and clear with her instructions so it was easy to follow. I had a good stretch and really enjoyed the overall vibe of the class. Location is also very convenient as it is a short walk from Somerset MRT station an easy to find. Will be signing up for a package!
Super fun and enjoyable yoga experience here! The studio is pretty and located at a very convenient spot in town. The space is clean, welcoming and calming. The teachers are experienced, patient and attentive. The experience was great that each time leaving the studio, more refreshed, stretched and a clearer piece of mind! Highly recommend it! ❤️
Love the pilates sessions with Felicia. She has always been very patient, detailed, fun and her workout sessions are always intense but rewarding. I’ve followed her from her previous studio to grounded spaces. Also the staffs and students are friendly

Grounded Spaces does not publish a fixed per-session rate publicly, and pricing is indicated as mid-range ($$). Session fees for holistic wellness services in Singapore typically range from S$80–200 per session depending on modality, duration, and practitioner experience. Package rates, where available, usually offer a modest discount over single-session pricing. Confirm the per-session fee, any first-consultation charge, package commitment terms, and the cancellation or no-show policy before booking. Ask whether materials or consumables are included. Most holistic wellness providers do not require a formal referral, though an initial consultation or intake form is standard practice. This first session typically covers your health history, current concerns, any contraindications (such as pregnancy, recent surgery, or chronic conditions), and your goals — allowing the practitioner to tailor the approach appropriately. If you intend to claim sessions through an insurance policy or corporate wellness benefit, a GP referral letter may strengthen your submission. For complex or medically managed conditions, it is advisable to inform your treating doctor before beginning any new wellness programme.
Holistic wellness is a broad category in Singapore, and the relevant licensing body depends on the specific modality offered. Regulated disciplines such as physiotherapy and Traditional Chinese Medicine require registration with the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC) or the Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners Board (TCMPB) respectively — both registers are publicly searchable online. Practitioners offering counselling or psychological services should hold registration with the Singapore Association for Counselling or the Singapore Psychological Society. No specific regulatory licences are listed for Grounded Spaces at this time. Before booking, confirm with the provider which modalities are offered and ask for the relevant practitioner registration number so you can verify on the appropriate public register. Confirm the practitioner's licence number on the relevant board's public register before treatment.
