I had a very positive experience with Grout Pro-Tech from start to finish. The boss personally came down to give an estimate. On our first appointment, I had an unexpected schedule clash and couldn’t make it, but he still managed to assess the space on his own. Due to a small miscommunication, only part of my first floor was initially estimated, so he rescheduled another visit without hesitation. I was genuinely grateful for his patience and professionalism throughout the process. During our discussion, he took the time to explain the technology and process clearly, and was very honest and transparent about the materials used and where they were sourced from. He also helped me colour-match the grout and reassured me that the finish would not be overly glossy, which was something I was quite concerned about. That honesty gave me a lot of confidence. On the actual work day, two workers came down and were professional from the moment they arrived. One of them had a very good command of English, which made communication easy. Both were polite, respectful and careful throughout the job. They were extremely clean and thorough, and gave us very clear instructions on how to move heavy furniture and shelves beforehand. There were a few problematic areas, and they took the initiative to address those as well. They even helped shift two fridges and a dishwasher to grout areas that aren’t normally visible, which really showed their attention to detail and pride in their work. Overall, the team was professional, honest and meticulous. I’m very satisfied with the outcome and would definitely recommend Grout Pro-Tech to anyone looking for quality grout restoration work.

Great customer service over WhatsApp with clear communication and non-pushy sales. As for the actual grout works, Sujit, Sajib and Hassan were amazingly skilled, professional and kept the work area clean and tidy. They advised me on changing my selected colour choice and explained how to take care of the floor for the next few days. Top notch craftsmen with a high level of attention to detail, I could not find a single fault to rectify upon completion. The grouting was completed earlier than planned yet in no way felt rushed. It’s only been a few weeks so far so I cannot comment on long term results. In the meantime, we are highly satisfied with the outcome! Just have to save up to get our bedrooms done too 🥲
