I ordered 12 pcs of 5kg cast iron plate on 23/1 with an urgent delivery before 27/1. Mr. Chen initially told me their logistic side was full and I need to arrange for my own transport. I instead asked him if it was possible for him to help me arrange for external delivery and I will pay him instead as I had to travel to KL for a short biz trip. He told me he would check with his office again on the schedule. With his help, I managed to get a delivery slot on Friday and not necessary to use external delivery. Their service is very prompt and instead of Friday, I got my delivery on Thursday. Knowing I was not at home, Mr Chen sent me a screenshot of where they left the boxes. It has been a nice buying experience with everything nicely coordinated for me that I could go KL in piece. Of course the boxes came nicely protected. Thank you once again Mr. Chen and logistic team.

Had a good experience with a pull-up bar bought from them a while back, so I decided to go with them to build our home gym for our new house. Ordered a half rack, barbell, plates, bench, and a pair of dumbbells. Delivery was arranged within 2 working days with confirmation that I'll be home to receive it. The delivery and installation team was very friendly and efficient. They moved all the equipment into our home gym and set everything up. One of them then went through the use of the equipment. Would definitely recommend their products and service.
