The team at H Cool led by Mr Loy did an excellent job replacing my air-conditioning system (including piping). They were professional, skillful and competent. Mr Loy walked me through a detailed action plan during the site visit, and the office followed up with a concise quote and responded to my questions/requests promptly and efficiently. Loy was assigned to help solve my aircon issue from another aircon vendor. My 3year Old Daikin System 4 has Error Code L5 and cannot be on properly and it will off by itself in less than 10mins everytime and it was not cold. Initially as my Compressor is under warranty, I find Daikin, but Daikin wanted to exorbitantly charge me a convenient amount of $1K to change everything in the Condensor Unit without even opening to check what is really spoilt (PCB, Compressor, Valve?) and smoked me that Error Code L5 by experience must change everything in Condensor Unit to solve the issue. When Loy came, he OPENED up the Condensor Unit and troubleshoot. He found out that the PCB Board is damaged and Compressor is fine. So he suggested to helped me try getting the PCB Board repaired 1st, if fails, then buy a PCB Board to change. Ended up, after PCB Board repaired, still has issue probably due to other issues on the board itself. Loy offered to help me ask the engineer to change to another PCB Board (not brand new though) to try it out. Ended up another PCB Board also failed. So I requested Loy to help me buy a BRAND new PCB Board from Daikin. And this time round it finally worked (definitely has to since its a brand new board. In total, the cost of repair with board is just 50% of what Daikin charged me. I want to thank Loy for sharing his vast knowledge of Aircon (23 years in the line) and his awesome service coming to and fro so many times to help me resolve this crisis. I will HIGHLY recommend Loy and H Cool Aircon Services to solve your Aircon problems and also regular maintenance as Loy is really a rare great Aircon guy you can find in this industry now!
