The only groomer in Singapore I will trust! Felicia and her team are very professional and trustworthy. My husky is volatile and hates strangers but he enjoys his time at Hachi by Tokyo. He is so calm here. I am very surprised at how well he behaves here. Shows that he is very comfortable in this place. They have such a way with dogs. My labradors enjoy their time here even more. I would give this place extra stars if I could. Thank you Felicia and team for always taking care of my dogs! My dogs always leave here refreshed and happy. 10/10 will recommend to everybody.

It was my first time visiting and I had such a wonderful experience! The team was super friendly, welcoming, and made me feel very comfortable throughout. The place has such a warm and homely vibe, and you can really feel the care they put into their service. My pup Xiaobai and I both felt at ease here 🐶💕 and of course I am pretty sure Xiaobai love the vibe and the way how they handle him. First time sending my 6 month old mini goldendoodle puppy Brie to Hachi for a full grooming and it was such an amazing experience! When i came to pick up Brie, she looked super happy and fresh after her groom. To be honest, I was really nervous about the session as we didn't have a good experience with our last groomer who couldn't handle my puppy. I'm so glad we found Hachi and will definitely be back again soon! 😍

first service of grooming was wonderful & staff was super friendly. went back today expecting the same service but was met with disappointment specifically from the indian(?) staff. she didn’t even know which type of grooming we were there for and held our rabbit like a toy. we decided to stay & see the process since it was feedbacked that our bun was playful on the first visit and wanted to see if he was comfortable since his prev grooming place wasn’t around dogs but he didn’t look comfortable at all. after grooming staff didn’t even ask us to check if all is good but went straight ahead to ask for payment. when i went home i realised that his nails weren’t even cut properly… i saw her cutting his nails so i assumed it was all ok i dk what she was doing but its almost still the same length as before… was charged $80 for basically getting my bun brushed LOL will never come back.
