The cleaners came when the number lock was locked. Instead of waiting for instructions to open the lock, they squeezed through the space of the chain that is used with the pad lock on the gate to get into the apartment causing damage to the paint on the gate. They sent a text saying they couldn't open the lock, I called back 4 times, no pick up at all. The time between their text and my 1st call was 1 min. Common sensical that one should never enter an apartment that way. They damaged a lamp, instead of saying sorry, they just said it is an old lamp and the damage is waiting to happen when my handyman changed the light bulb the week before. Generally extremely unpleasant and disappointment experience. Will never use them ever again.
