This is a good experience I had with the team at Hanman. My order was originally from Shopee, and the installer, Sunny Wong really went above and beyond in helping with the installation for my Aqara U300 lock. Initially, I ordered U100 which doesn't come with a handle and required drilling into my door and the metal door frame to install. This would be very high labour and also possibly damage the metal door frame and door. Sunny assessed that this wasn't really recommended and helped to contact his team for an exchange with top up to U300. this came with a handle and could fit my existing door much better. Before U300, Sunny also spent time considering alternatives and recommended other models but this U300 was the best fit since we wanted more backup options (backup key access). I really appreciate his consultation and we ended up not needing to drill at all, the installation went so smoothly. I highly highly recommend Sunny and this has been one of the best installation experiences I've had.

Had our igloohome door installed and the whole experience was smooth and fuss-free 👍 Uncle Sunny Wong was professional, patient, and explained everything clearly. Installation was neat and quick, and he even recommended another battery just in case the current one drains. He also helped to clean up afterwards, which we really appreciated. The door works (and syncs) perfectly and we’re super happy with the service and quality. Highly recommend!

had a really good experience with Sunny Wong who helped to install my igloohome lock. he was really courteous from start to end. there was another contractor at my place to touch up on painting works and he also treated him very kindly - something that is quite rare to see in my opinion. he was very patient with showing me how to set up my accesses, and even recommended me to use Panasonic Evolta AA batteries which I appreciate. total installation time took slightly more than 1.5 hours and he also helped to clear majority of the dust away! thank you Uncle Sunny!

My old Samsung digital door lock was faulty after 8 years hence I went back to Hanman for a replacement set. Was served by Jasper at IMM who explained patiently the various models suitable for our door. Decided on the Zigbang SHP-P52 and was promptly arranged for installation within a week by an experienced Uncle Sunny who replaced my lock within an hour, making the whole experience fuss free and easy.
