When getting in touch, it helps to have your pet's size, breed, coat type, and general temperament ready, as these factors typically influence the grooming package recommended and the time required. Vaccination records — particularly for dogs and cats — are usually required before a first appointment, so have these to hand when you enquire. If your pet has not been groomed before or is anxious around unfamiliar handling, it is worth flagging this upfront so the groomer can plan accordingly. You can reach Happy Pets Singapore via WhatsApp, phone, or the online enquiry form to discuss your pet's needs, confirm availability, and ask about drop-off arrangements. Once you have confirmed the service scope, it is sensible to agree pricing clearly before the appointment.
To take the next step, send a WhatsApp message or call Happy Pets Singapore directly with your pet's details and your preferred date, and ask for a written confirmation of the grooming package and total cost before drop-off.
Visit the facility, check the vaccination policy, and confirm insurance before drop-off.
Have bought toys for my dogs on 2 occasions. Not a very wide range but good and sturdy and seems to be able to withstand the heavy chewing and gnawing of my dog. Reasonable pricing with no delivery costs for as little as $39 ( my last purchase) . Delivery was speedy / a day or 2 after order date
First ever google review from me :) I definitely have to write a good review for the remarkable service of Happy Town Pets. I made a wrong order for beef & hoki via shopee, my cats actually can’t eat fish. Only realized my mistake after order and reached out to seller to ask if possible to swop with Beef Feast, while i pay for the delivery fee. Seller tried their best to accommodate and after a few days, I received the Beef feast without additional charge. Going to pay it forward and give the beef hoki cans to someone who needs it needs it :) Thank you Happy Town Pets!
5/5 would purchase again - checked out with ShopBack PayLater - peanut butter was puppy-friendly - with 2 table spoons on a DIY lick mat, my 5 month old puppy was entertained the whole time we bathed and dried him (I chose the pick-up option at checkout but was delivered the goods instead. there wasn’t any communication sent to me regarding the datetime I could pick up my items)

Happy Pets Singapore is priced at the mid-range tier ($$), though specific per-visit rates are not publicly listed. For pet grooming in Singapore, prices typically vary based on the pet's size, breed, and coat condition. Small dogs and cats generally start from around S$50–S$80, while larger or more coat-intensive breeds can run considerably higher. Add-on services such as de-shedding treatments, teeth cleaning, nail grinding, and ear cleaning are usually charged separately on top of the base grooming fee. Before confirming your booking, ask for an itemised quote that covers the base grooming package, any add-ons you require, and transport costs if applicable. This avoids surprises at collection. Most grooming facilities in Singapore require proof of up-to-date vaccinations before accepting a pet. For dogs, the standard expectation is a current DHPP (distemper, hepatitis, parvovirus, parainfluenza) vaccination and a valid rabies jab; bordetella (kennel cough) is also commonly requested, particularly if your pet will be in close proximity to other animals. For cats, the FVRCP combination vaccine is the typical requirement. Vaccination records are generally expected to be current within the past 12 months. Bring your pet's vaccination booklet or a vet-issued certificate on the day of the appointment. Contact Happy Pets Singapore directly to confirm their specific vaccination policy before your first visit, as requirements can vary between providers.
Happy Pets Singapore is ACRA registered and KakiList verified, meaning its operating details and contact channels have been independently confirmed. No specific AVS (Animal and Veterinary Service) boarding licence is listed on the profile; if your visit involves any overnight or extended stay beyond standard grooming, it is worth asking the provider directly whether they hold the relevant AVS licence for that service. For grooming-only visits, ask the provider about their protocol in the event that a pet is injured, has an adverse reaction, or becomes unwell during the session — a reputable operator should be able to explain their procedure clearly. Confirm whether they carry insurance covering pet incidents before leaving your animal in their care. Visit the facility, check the vaccination policy, and confirm insurance before drop-off.
If Happy Pets Singapore isn't the right fit, these are other pet grooming providers on KakiList worth shortlisting. All are independently listed — no affiliate fees, no "featured" sponsorships.
