Very poor service by agents. Did not personally update me about the new premiums which has a higher coverage. Only found out when I was about to renew my premiums. Had to pay the original premium first before bringing my cats for examination again to convert to the new premium. That's extra costs for blood tests and it's not even our fault that they changed their premium plans. It took some time for them to get back to me after that. When they came back to me, they asked me to pay extra for the premium that I didn't even ask for. Very very poor communication among themselves and to me. If this continues in the future, might consider stopping the insurance altogether.

It’s a scam for sure. My dog ingested a foreign object accidentally and was sent to the vet, where i had to pay $20 admin fee just to get the form filled out for happy tails. Turns out, happy tails rejected my claim because it did not result in surgery. Does that make sense?

Requested to cancel the policy at least 2 weeks before renewal date, no one responded to the notice & they have the audacity to charge us the renewal. There's also no way to cancel the policy yourself online.

They have an auto renewal policy. Will proceed to renew at a higher premium without your consent. Onus is on customer to stop such renewals by writing in. No hard copy letter sent. All via emails.
