After checking out a couple of packages elsewhere, I came across an advertisement by Harmony and gave them a call. Ms Jing Yi was very helpful over the phone and their pricing was the most competitive. In fact, everyone we spoke with behaved professionally and respectfully. They even created a group chat so that key members of the family were updated with different stages of the wake. Our questions were always promptly answered. We chose their entry-level package as our late father was a frugal man during his lifetime. So we were pleasantly surprised when they provided a number of complimentary add-ons which made the wake and venue look so elegant and tasteful. We would like to thank everyone at Harmony for their kind assistance and generosity. They include Andy, Jing Yi, Isaac, Jasper, Jacky, Jay etc. Their vendors were also punctual and we didn’t have to worry about anything.
