Superb service provided by Wendy, who was helpful, knowledgeable, and efficient throughout the process. She was very responsive through WhatsApp messages and calls. From scheduling measurements and installation of our doors to answering all our questions during and after. Even after installation, when we encountered a minor issue with the room lock, she quickly arranged a follow-up visit to get it resolved. Also like to mention the two men who worked on our main door, gate, two bedroom doors, and digital lock. They were professional and patient, even when they facing several challenges installing our door due to old HDB. Despite that, they managed to fix everything and ensured all was in perfect order before leaving. Overall, we are very satisfied with the service provided by HD Door, from presales to installation and after-sales support. Highly recommended!

Had a good experience here, buying bedroom and toilet doors for my BTO. Joyce was very knowledgeable and familiar with the many products, and helped to facilitate the whole process, from choosing laminates and explaining the options. She was super helpful and fast to respond, and was patient with our many questions. Even though we made several changes along the way (measuring and installation dates/ door choice etc), she remained professional and accommodating throughout ☺️ Really great service from her!! I went to view the MacPherson showroom & sales office in early Dec 2025 to shop for a new door gate. Wendy the salesperson attended to our initial query and questions with very astute and incisive responses that helped us make up our minds and decision relatively easily. Our key request to have the measurements & new gate installation arranged on a best effort basis were eventually well met and accomplished. Many thanks to Wendy for her follow through and arrangements. On 23 Dec, the new gate was delivered and installed by 2 extremely well-skilled and attentive workmen Maha and Namraj. The installation process was immaculate and diligently completed above our pleasant expectations and experience.
