Families considering Heartyland Infant Care should begin by enquiring about available slots for their intended start month, as infant care places fill quickly. A centre visit is strongly recommended — this is an opportunity to assess the infant-to-caregiver ratio, observe the daily routine, understand the settling-in period, and ask about policies for feeding, nap schedules, and illness. Parents should also confirm eligibility for ECDA subsidies, which can substantially reduce monthly fees for Singapore citizen children.
To take the next step, contact Heartyland Infant Care directly by phone or via the enquiry form on their listing. Prepare your child's intended start date and ask about current vacancy before arranging a visit.
Visit the centre in person, meet the lead teacher, and read the parent contract before signing.

We enrolled our son at Heartyland Infant Care (Teck Whye) when he was just 3 months old. Being a Dragon year baby, it was highly competitive to find infant care and we’re so grateful we got a spot here. Their love and dedication truly stand out, they have hearts of gold. As first-time parents, we’ve also learned so much through their advice and support. A special shoutout to Mrs. June Lee and Teacher Faridah — your care, patience, and warmth have made such a difference in our journey. Our son enjoys his time at Heartyland, and even though the facilities are slightly older, what truly matters is the people and the teachers here are amazing. Highly recommended to any parent looking for a nurturing and supportive infant care centre!
This is pertaining to Heartyland Childcare at Mayspring Condo. The principal Mrs Lee is very money minded and refused to return the deposit of 150 dollars we paid after we decided not to enrol in her centre. She even said that if next time we want to enrol again on the centre, we need to repay the deposit. Also , was appalled by the way she handle kids behaviour.. Had mentioned to her my child was pushed down by another child in an indoor playground and I’m quite upset by the other boy’s behaviour. She retorted my child should defend himself by either pushing the child back or avoid the child by running away. Was quite shocked she suggested defending oneself by getting even with the other child. It seems pretty unkind of her to make such suggestion. Updated review: Regarding the reply, building resilience does not mean retaliating by pushing another child back and hurting the child. And btw, ur the one who keep pushing us to secure a slot. You collected money from us very swiftly and did not even ask us to consider. It leads me thinking, with such a vindictive principal will my child be able to cultivate good moral values or be safe in that centre?!
The best IFC a parent & child could ever ask for! My LO is always looking forward to go to school every single day. If you expect perfection, I'd suggest you take care of your child yourself. Would definitely recommend anyone whose living around the area!
Trustworthy caring nurturing and professional. Love how much they care for every child there.

Heartyland Infant Care is priced at the S$$ tier, which for infant care in Singapore typically falls in the range of S$1,500–2,500 per month before subsidies. You should confirm the exact monthly fee directly with the centre, as rates can vary by age group and full-day versus half-day enrolment. Beyond the monthly fee, expect a one-off registration fee and a deposit of roughly one to two months' fees, which is standard across Singapore infant care centres. Some centres also charge for uniforms and group insurance. Childcare and infant care fees in Singapore are GST-exempt, so the quoted price should be what you pay. Singapore citizen children enrolled in licensed infant care centres are eligible for the Basic Subsidy of up to S$600 per month, subject to the centre being ECDA-licensed. Working mothers who work at least 56 hours per month may additionally qualify for the Working Mother's Child Care Subsidy. For lower-income families, the Additional Subsidy is income-tested and can bring total combined subsidy support up to approximately S$710 per month. Permanent resident children may be eligible for partial subsidies at a lower quantum. Subsidy amounts and eligibility criteria are reviewed periodically, so it is important to check current figures directly with ECDA at ecda.gov.sg before making financial plans. Note that subsidies apply only at ECDA-licensed centres. Confirm with Heartyland Infant Care that their licence is current before assuming subsidy eligibility.
Infant care places in Singapore are in high demand, and popular centres can have waitlists stretching three to twelve months ahead. It is advisable to enquire as early as possible — ideally six to nine months before your intended start date. January is typically the busiest intake month, as it aligns with the start of the school year. To secure a slot, most centres require payment of a registration fee and, upon confirmation, a deposit. These amounts vary by centre, so ask Heartyland Infant Care specifically about their reservation process and what fees are refundable should your plans change. Contact Heartyland Infant Care by phone or via the enquiry form to ask about current availability for your child's intended start month.
