About HelperGo Singapore
HelperGo Singapore is a part-time helper service operating islandwide across Singapore. The listing has been verified by KakiList, meaning operating details and contact channels have been confirmed by a real person. However, ACRA registration could not be confirmed, and the Google rating of 3.3 out of 5 is drawn from only 10 reviews — too small a sample to draw firm conclusions. No MOM cleaning business licence appears in the provider's declared credentials, which is a material gap if any foreign helpers are deployed (see below).
Booking typically begins with a WhatsApp or phone enquiry covering your property type (HDB, condo, or landed), the hours needed, and whether you want a one-off session, a regular weekly arrangement, a deep clean, or a pre-move-in clean. Confirm upfront whether the hourly rate comes with a minimum session length (usually three to four hours), whether equipment and supplies are included or homeowner-provided, and whether the same helper is assigned each visit or drawn from a rotating pool. If any helpers deployed are foreign nationals, MOM rules require them to be placed through a company holding a valid MOM cleaning business licence — direct hire of foreign freelance cleaners is illegal under Singapore law and exposes the homeowner to fines of S$5,000–10,000 and a two-year ban on hiring domestic helpers. Ask HelperGo Singapore to confirm the legal status of its helpers and, where applicable, the company's MOM licence before booking.
To get started, send HelperGo Singapore a WhatsApp message stating your property type, preferred day and time, and the type of clean required, and ask them to confirm the hourly rate, minimum session length, equipment provision, and the legal status of their helpers in writing before any payment is made.
If the helper is foreign, confirm the company's MOM cleaning business licence before booking — the penalty for hiring an unlicensed foreign freelancer lands on you, not them.
Jenny was very helpful in assisting me in booking for a cleaning team for my move-out cleaning despite a very short notice given. The team that showed up was friendly and hard-working. They are knowledgeable and experienced.Definitely will engage Helpergo and hopefully the same team will be assigned.
HELPER NO GO - Engaged helper through HelperGo to clean my 80 y/o mum’s place once a week. I had to book a minimum of 10 sessions. The helper only showed up for 4 out of the 10 sessions, and not always on time. My mum’s feedback was that the helper was very slapdash when cleaning and left pools of water on the living room floor after mopping which is obviously hazardous to an elderly person. I made several calls and sent SMS and WhatsApp messages to the company but never got the courtesy of a reply. I sent a message to let them know that I will not be renewing the recurring service and the company charged me $50 for cancelling. They were definitely responsive in that respect! Save yourself the negative experience!
Helper Wanita arrived promptly on time and was very efficient and detailed with her cleaning. She is professional and don't have my guidance and she even did more than what was required. I’m glad that I engaged her to clean my place before CNY
This company does not even deserve a single star. I used HelperGo to hire onetime cooking helper. I was charged for the service but the helper never came. Since then I have tried to contact HelperGo by calling/WhatsApp /email but no response from them. They have not even refunded my money. So be beware of this service and try something else.
We booked for a one time babysitting service and surprisingly the nanny, Jeanie, who was assigned to us, is experienced enough and able to manage our daughter well when we went out for dinner even this is her first time.

HelperGo Singapore is priced at the '$$' level and bills on an hourly basis, though the precise hourly rate is not publicly listed — confirm this directly before booking. Market rates from licensed companies in Singapore typically run S$18–25 per hour, with a three- to four-hour minimum per visit. One-off deep cleans generally run S$150–800 depending on property size; post-renovation cleans S$350–1,800; pre-move-in cleans S$400–2,500. Ask whether equipment and cleaning supplies are included in the rate or whether you need to provide them, and whether a fixed quote is available for one-off jobs versus the hourly rate for recurring visits. Foreign part-time helpers must be deployed by a company holding a valid MOM cleaning business licence — direct hire from Carousell, Facebook, WhatsApp groups, or any informal channel is illegal under MOM rules. The penalty for the homeowner (not just the cleaner) is a fine of S$5,000–10,000 plus a two-year ban on hiring any domestic helpers. No MOM cleaning business licence appears in HelperGo Singapore's declared credentials on this listing. Before booking, ask the company directly to confirm whether its helpers are Singaporean or PR (in which case direct hire is permissible without a licence) or foreign nationals (in which case the MOM licence is mandatory). Request the licence number in writing if foreign helpers are involved. Singaporean and PR helpers can be hired directly without these constraints, so the answer to this question depends entirely on who is assigned to your job.
Public liability insurance — typically a minimum of S$500,000 — covers damage to your property or belongings during a cleaning session. Ask HelperGo Singapore for the policy number and coverage scope in writing before your first booking, as this is a standard feature of reputable licensed cleaning companies in Singapore. On substitute cover: helpers occasionally fall ill or take leave, and a well-run service sends a trained substitute within 24 hours rather than leaving you without coverage. Confirm whether HelperGo Singapore operates a regular-helper model (the same person each visit) or a booking-pool model (different helpers each time) — consistency matters for both trust and quality, particularly for recurring weekly arrangements. Neither insurance nor substitute policy details are publicly listed for this provider, so raise both points directly before committing to any recurring schedule.
