I would like to commend the excellent service provided by the team at HMI Medical Centre during my mother’s day surgery on 5 March. From the moment we arrived at level 10, the entire team was warm, attentive, and highly professional. The process was smooth and well-coordinated, which gave our family great reassurance during the procedure. A special thank you to Dr Ang KC for performing such a successful elbow fixation surgery, and to Dr Kenneth for administering the anaesthesia so smoothly and ensuring my mother was comfortable throughout. I would also like to give special recognition to the clinical team, especially Josephine and Shakilla, who took such attentive and compassionate care of my mother before and after the surgery. Their kindness, patience, and professionalism truly made a difference and meant a lot to our family. I had a very positive experience. Dr Lim Chin Tat was very reassuring during a difficult time and was clearly very knowledgeable. I felt safe in Dr Lim's care. The nurses were caring, attentive and always helpful whenever assistance was needed. The waiting time was also pleasantly fast, which made the whole process much smoother. The Level 7 operating theatre was very clean and well organised. A strong sense of professionalism and care.

It’s quite easy to find, just above Farrer Park MRT station exit A. Reach the ground level then walk through the Holiday Inn entrance, the lift lobby for HMI hospital just beside it. 2 friendly ladies guide us to the lifts then we went to the level 10 to register for the day surgery. Environment is clean and comfy. There’s a coffee corner at the reception just that it’s self-service.
