Excellent service and workmanship by Tamal. Toilet heater switch caught fire on Christmas Day contacted SK and the technician arrived pretty fast. Tamal is very kind and helpful, he still initiated to help clean up after the repair is done and check all my other switches are safe and in good working conditions.

Called the number and call was picked up instantly. Sent video of the issue (in Whatsapp) got escalated and arranged time on the day itself. Hasan was meticulous with his fixes and asked me to test the appliance before removing the wiring from existing switch (switch was stuck) making sure the appliance works as before. After fixing, he also asked me to test. Warranty 3 months. Will definitely recommend them!
