Decided to get the kitchen and toilet tiles cleaned after 8 years. The tiles are anti slip so has grooves on them and has stubborn stains that I couldn’t get them out. Got HCH to clean them up and they did a good job and the stains are gone and the floor feels pretty amazing to walk on as they super clean after the job was done.

Very happy. HCH is able to help me solve my home moving problems through deep cleaning before i move in. Moulds inside cabinet, dirty and oil kitchen surfaces, window casement tracks, toilet soap scum buildup, everything like restore to a state where i am happy to start living (wonders how the previous owner stay in such condition). Kudos to the team, very dedicated, see them working happily makes me happy too. Will definitely recommend.

I wonder how many of these good reviews are real and genuine. Perhaps engaging them can be a hit or miss, so I’m just having bad lucks with their cleaning staff? To start of, they were late for the appt. It supposed to be 9am - 9:30am, but they called at 9:20am that they will reach around 9:30am - 10am. They ended up reached at 10am. 2 young Burmese guy reached the house, 1 of them speaks English. He asked me if I have anything to highlight. I told him this newly TOP house had a minor renovation, it is dirty. He told me it was not too bad, just a bit dusty due to the renovation. He said his services includes cleaning the whole house. To be honest, I felt relieved when he said that. After the cleaning (around 5pm), my mother in law helped me to check the house and found that the floor was still dusty. She also pointed out a lot of hidden areas were dirty and untouched. The cleaning staff just simply get a rug and wipe the places off. My mother in law told them that they should use a clean wet rug and wipe it but they just ignored her and walked away. My husband was not happy and complained to the sales person and the cleaning staff came to clean up some of the areas the next day. The staff indeed did some minor clean up. The staff agrees with us that the floor was still dusty but very little was done. We guess that’s all this company can provide, so we let the staff go. Let me know if our requests were unreasonable as our expectation of engaging this company is simply to have a clean house after the minor renovation, before we moved in the week after. We have given this company another chance to touch up whatever not done but it seems like dusty floor is ok for their level of expectation. We thought of engaging their service every biweekly after we moved in but it seems like the sales person and the cleaning staff has given up on their responsibilities.
