Very impressed with the hard work and effort they put in cleaning the windows as my son even asked me why were the glass panels suddenly so clean! 😂 I had engaged a few cleaning companies before and I must say Home Cleanz is definitely one of the few top notch cleaning co I’ve came across. Not sure how HomeCleanz managed to score some poor reviews, but I personally was absolutely amazed by the cleaning standards, customer service and the staff in general. We booked them to clean our windows and glass panels in the entire flat as we live in a contemporary style loft (super high windows). Staff arrived within the given time slot, very polite and quiet (no chit-chatting, no phone calling ....). They also were very considerate of my baby and delayed the vacuum cleaning till my son woke up from his nap. The job was done with care and the main guy also walked me through each room and balcony asking if I am happy with everything before they left. I would highly recommend this company. Funny enough it is the first time (since moving to singapore) i came across such a hard working team. Thank you again!

Never to engage them, unprofessional conduct. During removal and installation, few of the roller rings (pvc type) were broken, the workers didn't bother and fixed the curtains with alternating few rollers. I had to remove the curtains again (2.5m ceiling) and replaced the missing rings. Then there were also 5 other entire rollers and the end securing part completely missing. As these rollers for curved railings are difficult to get, I contacted the person in charge and he promised to replace the missing rollers. After 3 weeks of reminders, now he does not reply to sms or picks up the calls. Total amouht spent on dry cleaning service was $820 but now I am.left with dropoing curtain. Do not engage such contractors who are not professional.

So happy with the service! They took on a tough outdoor stain removal job no other company wanted to take on. They did a site inspection ahead. On the day, they arrived as a full team and even worked under the rain! So professional and effective! Would definitely use them again and recommend!
