Have approached Ren Hao before CNY for a permanent part time helper once a week to ease my household cleaning. Ren Hao was very professional, after understand my specific request, he strongly recommended Ms KSK to assist on my weekly cleaning within a short period of time. Ms KSK is from Myanmar, both my mother in law & I was very impressed with KSK during our first met. She can speak simple Chinese & English so it makes the communication very easy. I was introduced to Eric about a year ago by a friend who used his maid service when I had trouble with my previous helper. He is very professional and straightforward in giving the right advice based on the requirement given. He found my current helper for us in a short time and the process was transparent and I was well informed every step of the way. After going through some bad agencies I appreciate the professionalism Eric represented and it helped me to restore my confidence in engaging an agency again. Lately our helper had a family issue and needed back home, that would mean she will leave us and no more income for her family back in Indonesia.
