We had the pleasure of joining the 8D/7N Zhangjiajie + Phoenix tour organized by Hong Thai Travel in June this year. We know we were in good hands the moment the trip started. The local tour guide 子城 - his warm personality and genuine care made us feel comfortable and welcome in a foreign country. He is passionate of what he does, and it shows. His dedication and professionalism taking care the needs of everyone in the group from the young to the old, ensuring every detail was taken care of. The hotels assigned were clean and comfortable giving us a restful stay. The meals were commendable too. The introduction of history and culture of each attraction spot enriched our experience. The tour bus driver 莫师傅, he is polite and attention to safety, made us feel comfort during the bus journey. He would always ensure the bus was clean and comfortable for us whenever we board. Despite there was some rain during the trip but it did not dampen our travel spirits, alternative spots were swiftly arranged. The tour is indeed a memorable one, and we look forward to joining and creating more memories with Hong Thai Travel.

This was our family’s first time traveling with Hong Thai on the 8D6N Korea Deluxe tour, and overall, we were very satisfied with the experience. The trip was well planned and filled with enjoyable activities. We especially loved plucking tangerines and strawberries, tasting authentic ginseng soup, feeding goats, sheep, and bunnies, and even trying our hand at making ice cream. Staying at a snow-filled ski resort was another highlight of the trip and sightseeing at Seongsan Sunrise Peak and Eunpyeong Hanok Village also created many beautiful memories for our family. Our Korean tour guide, Kevin, was knowledgeable, friendly, and responsible. He speaks fluent Mandarin and generously shared many insights into Korean culture and history, which greatly enriched our travel experience. Our tour leader, Cindy, was caring and approachable, and she consistently provided timely assistance and useful advice, which made the journey very reassuring. Kevin and Cindy worked very well together to ensure everything ran smoothly, keeping us comfortable and on schedule throughout the trip. They even went the extra mile by helping us take family photos. Thank you, Kevin and Cindy, for making our trip so enjoyable and memorable for our little trio.

We had a good overall experience with HongTai Travel on our 12 days, 9 night Egypt trip. The itinerary covered almost all of Egypt’s key highlights. From the breathtaking historical sites, fascinating museums, enjoy and relax the beautiful red sea, experience a memorable Nile River cruise, the journey gave us a great overview of of Egypt’s rich history, culture and natural beauty. Our tour leader, Hayton was friendly, patient and attentive throughout the trip. She took great care of group and always went the extra mile to help us take many nice photos and making sure we captured memorable moments at every destination. Her positive attitude and professionalism truly enhanced our overall travel experience. The only area that could be improved is the accommodation location. It would be more convenient if they were closer to the main attraction or city centres. This would help reduce travel time and also allow us to walk around nearby streets, explore local life, shopping after the daily activities ended. Overall, this was an enjoyable trip and we are happy with the experience.

My mum, eldest brother and I booked a tour with Hong Thai Travel Agency to Zhang Jia Jie (ZJJ) in Jan. The tour guide ( 子城 ) from ZJJ is very knowledgeable and gave us a wonderful tour around ZJJ. He is very patient and considerate, considering the diversity of our group. Always available and ready to answer our questions and gave us a lot of good recommendations as well! 🫡 Thank you 子城 for taking such a good care of us especially my mum! The trip to Zhang Jia Jie （张家界） was very enjoyable. I was mesmerized by the beautiful sceneries there and the weather was fantastic. Thank God for giving me this opportunity to see such wonderful creation and the good weather. The members in our tour group are like one big family. I want to specially give thanks to our tour guide （喻子城）for the wonderful arrangement of our trip. He is a responsible, thoughtful and cheerful person. He takes good care of the group and tries his very best to look into each person's needs. He is also very knowledgeable in the history of China and shared with us throughout the whole trip. I can feel the passion and the pride he has in his job and service to his customers. Thumbs up to 阿城. Keep it up. I would also want to thank our driver (李师父）for driving us around safely to the different places during our trip. He is very helpful and keeps the bus clean all the time to ensure our comfort. Finally, I would also like to comment on Hong Thai travel for the good arrangement and having such good partners. It is definitely a trip worth spending. Will definitely consider my future trips with Hong Thai.
