When engaging a veterinary clinic for the first time, it is worth noting your pet's size, breed, and temperament before making contact, as these factors can influence the consultation approach and any follow-up care. Bring along your pet's vaccination records and a brief health history, particularly if your animal has pre-existing conditions or is on ongoing medication. If you are uncertain whether your pet requires a routine check-up, a specific treatment, or an urgent consultation, a quick phone call or enquiry form submission can help the team advise you on the appropriate appointment type. Hope Veterinary Care accepts contact via phone and online form.
To take the next step, reach out to Hope Veterinary Care directly by phone or through their enquiry form to describe your pet's needs and arrange a suitable appointment time.
Visit the facility, check the vaccination policy, and confirm insurance before drop-off.
Been coming to this vet for the past few years, and Dr Wong has always been very knowledgeable and attentive to our pet’s needs! Thank you, Dr Wong and team, for your consistent care and excellent service.
Highly recommended.. Dear Ms. Tiffany, Dr. Lydia and Ms. Charlotte, 11 December 2025 A blessed Thursday We would like to express our deepest gratitude for the wonderful care and kindness all of you showed us today. Our beloved Princess Oyen has been struggling with her skin issues, constantly scratching until her skin breaks, and it has worried us so much. This morning, in our urgency, we searched for the nearest vet and found Hope Veterinary Care. Without even calling, we rushed over because we truly needed help — and we are so grateful that you welcomed us with such warmth and understanding. Ms. Tiffany, thank you for handling our registration so patiently and clearly. You took the time to explain the walk-in charges, and you were so thoughtful to even offer us a later appointment at 5.30 pm so we wouldn’t have to pay a higher fee. We truly appreciate that, even when we chose to proceed immediately, you understood our concerns and graciously accepted our walk-in. You also helped take Oyen’s weight and temperature, and the way you handled our Princess Oyen — so gentle, loving, and full of tender care — really touched our hearts. We are genuinely happy and grateful for your kindness. Dr. Lydia, thank you for your gentle approach and the clear, reassuring way you explained Oyen’s condition to us. Your professionalism and compassion made us feel at ease during a very stressful moment. Ms. Charlotte, thank you for explaining the medications with such patience and clarity. Your guidance helped us understand exactly what Oyen needs to heal and feel better. Overall, we are extremely happy and satisfied with the exceptional service at Hope Veterinary Care. Each of you made a big difference for us and for our Princess Oyen. Thank you so much once again. We look forward to seeing all of you again for Oyen’s next review. Warmest regards, Princess Oyen Parents Norni & Aznan
I am grateful full this time round I did not sent to wrong clinic. Dr Jo and team is such a nice and caring doctor. Although Evening just went for booster but the care and concern really touch me. Even though it is just a booster jab, you still take the initiative to concern Evening by texting us. Thanks for the patience, caring attitude towards Evening. We appreciate a lot. Thanks a million!
Dear Dr Wong, Eunice, Alice and everyone at Hope Vet. Everyday we thank God for bringing you into our lives. All of you truly lived up to the name of your clinic and we just want you to know that your love and dedication in treating Baby meant the world to us. Right from the very first phone call when we had to send Baby in for emergency, Alice was so kind, helpful and understanding to all our needs and requests. Your constant follow ups and priority for our appointments gave us much comfort during the stressful times. Thank you too for going the extra mile to make sure that we are alright. Dr Wong, we owe you a great debt of gratitude. You radiate an energy that give us strong confidence of your expertise. On top of that, you were so thorough in your examination, accurate in your diagnosis and logical in your advises, which we know comes from depths of experience. Thank you especially for the very successfully surgery and intuition to perform resuscitation post operation when Baby’s condition suddenly went critical. Your heroic action gained us another precious month to spend with Baby. Despite your busy schedule you always make time to advise us over the phone. You’re truly a gem, your dedication and professionalism has deeply touched our lives. And to Eunice, it’s so heartwarming to see how much you genuinely cared for baby as if he was your own. Baby always seemed so secure with you. Your actions like how you gave your 100% focus in the procedures, tireless care for him during the night observation, spoon-fed him, and tenderly held baby in your arms, calling him darling. They all left a big impact in our hearts. Thank you for giving us the best farewell we could ever ask for.

For dogs, core vaccinations typically include the DHPP combination (distemper, hepatitis, parvovirus, parainfluenza) and rabies, with boosters required at intervals set by your vet. For cats, the FVRCP vaccine (feline viral rhinotracheitis, calicivirus, and panleukopenia) is standard. Bordetella (kennel cough) vaccination is often required if your dog attends boarding or daycare facilities. Most providers expect vaccinations to be current within the past 12 months. If you are bringing your pet to Hope Veterinary Care for the first time, carry your pet's vaccination booklet or records from your previous vet. Contact the clinic directly to confirm which documents are needed for your specific appointment type.
