Engaged Damien from Hua Khian Co for my home reno and all I can say is hands down one of the best tabletop suppliers in SG. 1) Damien was very responsive and knowledgable regarding his products, even when I had many questions he made sure I was clarified patiently. 2) Products they provide are very top notch and during the gallery visit he actually walked me through the different variations and did product study with me to make sure I know what I’m paying for. 3) The installation process was seamless and quick. Terrible workmanship and unprepared. Workers came over at 9pm and we were not expecting them (way past the noisy renovation restrictions). Our PM confirmed that there would be no noise or minimal noise when installing but obviously that was untrue. The workers had to use their circular saw in our service yard. What’s the point of coming down for measurements then? The noise obviously woke our angry neighbours up and we had to manage the situation. We asked the worker if he still had to use the saw, and he said no and we chose to trust him, so we left. Next thing you know, we were on the way to the car park and could still hear the noise from many levels down. If your ID/PM recommends this company, I highly suggest that you DO NOT.
