About Huda Childcare

About "Huda Childcare"

Huda Childcare is a preschool and kindergarten provider operating from its centre at Woodlands 11, Singapore, and is listed as covering islandwide enquiries. The listing is KakiList-verified and ACRA-registered. It holds a Google rating of 3.8 out of 5 across 40 reviews — a moderate sample size that provides a reasonable directional signal, though prospective families are encouraged to visit in person to form their own assessment. Pricing is indicated at the mid-range ($$) level.

Families considering Huda Childcare should begin by enquiring about available slots for their intended start month, as places — particularly for younger age groups — can fill quickly. When you contact the centre, ask about the infant-to-caregiver ratio for your child's age group, the structure of the daily routine, and the settling-in period policy to understand how the centre supports children in their first weeks. It is also worth confirming whether the centre is registered with ECDA, as Singapore citizen children enrolled at ECDA-registered centres may be eligible for childcare subsidies, including the Basic Subsidy and income-tested Additional Subsidy.

The most direct next step is to call or submit an enquiry via the contact form to ask about current vacancy for your child's intended start month, then arrange a centre visit to meet the teaching staff and see the environment before committing. Listing data is incomplete — contact "Huda Childcare" directly to confirm details.

We enrolled our first child in late 2023 as an N2 student. After previously attending a secular childcare centre, we wanted a more Islamic-centric environment to help cultivate and reinforce Islamic values and habits. The centre’s inclusion of Malay and Arabic was also a strong plus point for us. Since joining Huda, our child’s Malay has improved significantly, and she has even memorised and practised short daily du’a. The teachers and Ustazah are caring and supportive, creating a nurturing space for growth. It has been wonderful to witness our child blossom from a shy, quiet girl into a chatty and confident one. There was no doubt in wanting to enrol our second child in Huda. We look forward to watching him grow and bloom like his sister, too. We have also had positive experiences with the administrative team. They have always been responsive, helpful, and understanding of our circumstances. We understand that managing diverse requests and expectations can be challenging, and we appreciate their professionalism and efforts. As parents, showing kindness and keeping realistic expectations helps create a more supportive and respectful environment for everyone.

Mixed Experience at Huda Childcare Centre The teachers at Huda Childcare Centre are truly dedicated — their love, patience, and care for the children are heartwarming. My children enjoyed their time with the teaching staff, and we’re grateful for their efforts. However, our experience with the management, principal, and administrative processes has been disappointing. Communication through the parent-teacher platform often ended with “We will get back to you,” but many of our enquiries remained unanswered even after our children left the centre. The school’s safety protocols, fee deductions, and refund processes lack transparency and urgency. Despite multiple follow-ups, outstanding claims and fee refunds were not resolved promptly. It was also frustrating to be chased for payments while deductions and accounting seemed inconsistent. To the Management — please take this seriously. Uphold the Islamic values and vision you promote, and ensure your operations reflect them too. To fellow parents — our advice is to do thorough research before enrolling your child. Join FB groups, read reviews, and speak to current or former parents. While the teaching staff may win your heart, navigating the administration may test your patience. Goodbye, Huda Childcare Centre. We’ll miss the teachers, but not the management experience.

My daughter has been attending Huda Childcare from N1 to K2, and I have never regretted this decision. She has gained valuable knowledge and skills during her time there. I would like to express my gratitude to Teacher Yasmin for her guidance and support in my daughter's school work. ♥️♥️♥️

The very first thing that urge me to put my child in Huda Childcare, is when I watch a video of their K2 students reciting Surah Yassin for their graduation ceremony. And so, Alhamdulillah, my child has been here since infant in Nov 2017 and graduating soon in 2023. Of course, every Childcare centre has its own ups and downs. But I've seen Huda Childcare has improved over the years, especially updates on the child activities via diibear and TS family app, PT sessions, etc. A special thank you to Teacher Yasmin of zone 1 class K2 USA. Among the many teachers, I am very impressed and grateful for her dedication, proactive updates on her students. My child will be missing her much.

The teachers and principal had really make an effort to engage the children and develop them. The management is really committed in providing a safe and loving environment. The school had improved tremendously over the years, and I really appreciate the constant updates of how my child is manage in school. Every since he started playgroup class, his discipline, behaviour and development skills have been improving exponentially. With fun learning cirriculum and environment, as well as the staff in the centre, attracts my child to look forward to go school daily. With patiences and care of staff, my child enjoy his activities in school. I believe that my child will always be in good hands at Huda Childcare.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does "Huda Childcare" charge per month?

Huda Childcare's listing indicates a mid-range ($$) price point, but a specific monthly fee has not been published on this listing. For ECDA-registered childcare centres in Singapore, monthly fees typically range from around S$700 to S$1,500 depending on age group, session type (half-day or full-day), and centre tier. You should also ask about a one-time registration fee, a deposit (commonly equivalent to one to two months of fees), and any costs for uniforms or personal accident insurance. Childcare fees at ECDA-licensed centres are GST-exempt, so the figure quoted should represent your actual out-of-pocket cost before subsidies are applied. Contact Huda Childcare directly for a current fee schedule. See the full childcare cost guide for Singapore →

What subsidies can I claim at "Huda Childcare"?

If Huda Childcare is registered with ECDA, Singapore citizen children may qualify for the Basic Subsidy — up to S$600 per month for infant care and up to S$300 per month for childcare. Working mothers who clock at least 56 hours of work per month may additionally qualify for the Working Mother's Child Relief and the Additional Subsidy, which is income-tested and can bring total combined support up to S$710 per month or more depending on household income. Kindergarten Financial Assistance Scheme (KiFAS) applies to eligible kindergarten programmes. Permanent Resident children receive partial subsidies at lower quantum levels. Subsidy amounts and eligibility criteria are reviewed periodically, so families should check directly with ECDA at ecda.gov.sg for the most current figures before enrolment. Confirm with Huda Childcare that the centre is ECDA-registered before assuming subsidies apply, as this information was not available on the current listing.

Is there a waitlist at "Huda Childcare"?

Waitlists are common across Singapore childcare centres, particularly for infant care places, which tend to be the most limited. For popular centres, families are advised to enquire three to twelve months ahead of their intended start date. January is typically the peak intake month, as it aligns with the start of the school year, making slots particularly competitive in the preceding months. To secure a place, most centres require payment of a registration fee and, upon offer, a deposit. This does not guarantee a confirmed vacancy, so the earlier you make contact the better. Call Huda Childcare or submit an enquiry via the form on this listing to ask about current availability for your child's age group and preferred start month.
