Penelope is absolutely amazing! I recently engaged her for a private class for my new helper from Myanmar, and the experience was perfect from start to finish. What really stood out was Penelope’s patience. She is such a lovely lady and has a way of explaining things so clearly that our helper felt comfortable right away. Our helper enjoyed the class so much and kept telling us how fun the whole session was! The recipes are also incredibly delicious and practical for home cooking. The White Cut Chicken and the Cabbage with Vermicelli are already household favorites (the chicken is so tender!). Even the Tom Yum Soup was a huge hit, honestly better than what we’ve had in some restaurants! If you’re looking to upskill your helper or even yourself, I can’t recommend Hungry Mummies enough.
