Buying and selling a home could be a matter of financial transaction for a few. For others, it could be a matter of livelihoods and for some, it could be about chasing their dreams. We were stuck with the sale of our condo unit for almost a year, with a market-value asking price. We changed a few agents, none did the basics of what we had engaged them for. In came Vivian. She didn't work a miracle. She just did everything with a heart, a heart which made sure that we were able to continue pursuing our dreams. If I could give zero stars, I would. I had a very disappointing experience dealing with them. My concerns regarding property defects and damages were not properly addressed, and communication was often unresponsive when I raised these issues. Some defects that were occured by the previous owner were not followed up on, and I felt that the tenancy agreement was used in a way that put undue pressure on the tenant rather than resolving the issues fairly. Overall, the experience did not meet reasonable expectations for professionalism and responsiveness.
