Very good experience throughout the entire process. They were quick to reply my queries at 10pm. The cleaners reached early at 8.55am. I wasn't able to be at the unit and the cleaners assured me that they will complete everything before 1pm and asked me to come back at 1230pm to check. They were able to finish all works by 1240pm and did some minor cleaning after I checked. Highly recommend for a fuss free and efficient cleaning service! 5 stars.

Thanks to the ladies clean my house did a great job. My floor tiles had stains i had difficulty cleaning it off. Most of the cleaning company told me unable to do with scrubber machine as my house fully furnished. Now my house looks bright. Good job. Thanks.

In the beginning I am so worried, because the tenants have left the house in a mess especially the bathrooms! Found TCH online, quick in respond and they are nice enough to arrange an earlier date for me even they are booked til 7 July. Came early to the place and the 2 staffs are really nice and accommodating. Im a bit picky so make sure my instructions convey through. They are very patience and polite. I came back after 2.5 hours Im so impressed! Ok I wrote too much pictures spoke a thousand words....

Very disappointed with the cleaning service. I was charged $500 for 4 hours of cleaning which the company themselves had estimated after having viewed the premises and informed of what had to be done. I arrived after the cleaners had left (mistake on my part as I trusted the job to be well done) - the floors were still very dirty, the inside of the wardrobes had not been cleaned at all, neither were the inside of the kitchen cabinets. The only thing cleaned well were the windows - however I fail to understand how that was all the 3 cleaners did in the span of 4 hours. I took videos to send to the company and they blamed me for not doing the "check list" after the cleaning was done. After, they told me they could return to do touch-ups. I replied saying that this was more than "touch-up" work, after which they stopped replying me. I have since had to pay someone else to re-clean the flat. Felt like I either got scammed or got the worst cleaning team ever! Would NOT recommend this cleaning company at all. Pictures taken an hour after the cleaners left the flat.

Engage at ur own risk. Unless u have no expectations on the outcome. Though the person handling enquiries was very responsive in getting the deal however the quality of cleaning was very very bad. Engaged them for moving out cleaning services and not hourly cleaning, claimed 2 pax for 4hours can do the job yet their cleaners had to visit the same areas a few times... obviously no experience in cleaning or rather 1 experience and 1 super blur cleaner who missed many areas and left place in a mess. They still demand for extra hour of cleaning.
