About I.M.Ambulance Services
I.M.Ambulance Services is a senior transport provider operating islandwide across Singapore, listed on KakiList with verified operating details and a confirmed ACRA registration. It holds a 3.8 out of 5 rating across 60 Google reviews, a moderate sample that offers a reasonable directional signal. Pricing is indicated at a mid-range level, though specific rates were not available at the time of listing — contact the provider directly for a current quote.
For families arranging transport for elderly or mobility-dependent relatives, the typical process begins with a phone call or enquiry form to confirm the type of transport needed — whether that is a wheelchair-accessible vehicle, stretcher ambulance, or seated assisted transfer — alongside the frequency required (one-off medical appointment, recurring dialysis runs, or discharge from hospital). It is worth clarifying whether an attendant or medically trained escort will accompany the passenger, what equipment is on board, and how advance bookings are managed versus same-day or urgent requests.
To arrange a booking or obtain a quote, contact I.M.Ambulance Services by phone or through the enquiry form on their listing. Confirm trip details, attendant requirements, and pricing in writing before the first journey.
Insist on a trial period and put the care plan, hours, and rate in writing.

I called for I.M. ambulance at 10.55am today and was told to wait for 45 minutes to 1 hour for a return trip back. At 11.55am, I called again and from the way the guy on the phone spoke, i could tell they haven't activated for any ambulance. Was informed to wait for another 20 minutes while he activated the team. After 20 minutes, i called again and was informed to wait another 20 minutes. Eventually, an ambulance arrived at 12.45pm. Waiting time for an ambulance is 110 minutes. Ridiculous. The staff who answered the calls seemed indifferent. I'd never recommend this ambulance.
The teams really did a great job, we honestly feel their hard work, responsible and dependability to sending my mum safely back to Penang hospital. Their professional skill is really meaningful and valueable to our community. Truely appreciate their cooperation and putting a lot of effort to manage the trip safely. Much appreciated for their excellence performance.
Book the ambulance (incl return trip) for my mother today. I am very happy and satisfied with the service provided by the pick up team (Mr Hykel n Ms Abby) and the return team (Mr Tang n Mr Amran). The rides were smooth n pleasant. Also a specific mention to the coOrdinator Ms Sonia who attends to all my queries promptly. A Great Thank you.
Very helpful & caring medics (2 young Malay men) from SKR7786U. My apologies for not getting their names. I was with my patient on our way vice versa Changi General hospital on 4th Apr. 2025. The medics were quick to respond for helping patient up & down the ambulance & buckle/unbuckle seatbelt. Friendly to greet us & chatted with my patient which helped greatly. It relaxed & smoothed my patient's mood. Thank you so much 🙏 Hope this feedback will help to encourage them to keep up with their good work.👍👍

I.M.Ambulance Services does not publish a fixed rate schedule publicly, and pricing for senior transport in Singapore typically varies by trip type — seated assisted transfer, wheelchair-accessible vehicle, or stretcher ambulance — as well as distance, time of day, and whether a trained attendant escort is required. As a general reference, non-emergency ambulance and senior transport services in Singapore range from roughly S$80–300 per trip depending on these factors, with recurring packages (such as dialysis runs) sometimes available at a discounted rate. Public holiday and off-peak surcharges may apply. Contact I.M.Ambulance Services directly by phone or via the enquiry form to obtain a quote specific to your trip requirements. I.M.Ambulance Services is a transport provider rather than a residential or home-care service, so the live-in versus visit-based distinction does not directly apply. Their scope is point-to-point transfer — typically between home, hospital, polyclinic, rehabilitation centre, or day-care facility. For families who need recurring transport, such as weekly dialysis appointments or regular specialist visits, it is worth confirming whether the provider offers scheduled recurring bookings and what the cancellation or rescheduling window is. Clarify whether the same crew attends each trip (useful for elderly passengers who benefit from familiar faces) or whether assignments rotate. If your relative also requires in-home nursing or personal care support separate from transport, that would need to be arranged through a distinct home-care or eldercare agency.
I.M.Ambulance Services does not list specific regulatory licences in its current KakiList profile, so families should ask directly whether crew members hold first-aid or emergency medical technician (EMT) certifications, and whether the vehicles carry the appropriate equipment for the level of care required. For non-emergency ambulance services in Singapore, it is also worth confirming whether the operator holds relevant Ministry of Health or Land Transport Authority approvals, and whether the vehicle and crew are covered by public liability insurance for passenger injury during transit. Insist on a written confirmation of crew qualifications, vehicle type, and insurance coverage before the first journey, particularly if the passenger has complex medical or mobility needs.
