Enquiries typically begin with an initial consultation to assess your condition or wellness goal — whether that relates to stress, chronic fatigue, pain management, or a broader lifestyle concern. From there, the practitioner will discuss whether a single session or a recurring package is appropriate, outline any contraindications, and clarify the cancellation policy. It is advisable to ask about the specific modalities offered, the qualifications of the practitioner overseeing your care, and whether a referral or prior medical history is needed before your first appointment.
To take the next step, reach out to Ikigai Medical via WhatsApp, phone, or the enquiry form to describe your concern and book an initial consultation at their Somerset Road clinic.
Confirm the practitioner's licence number on the relevant board's public register before treatment.
It was my first time at Ikigai Clinic and I had a great experience. The service was excellent and the environment felt very calm and professional. The doctor I spoke with took the time to really explain things clearly and answer my questions, without any pressure. I appreciated the gentle thoughtful approach to recommending treatments. The girl who did my treatment was very friendly and made sure I was comfortable throughout. The treatment itself was done with care and I’m happy with the result so far. I will definitely be back. Highly recommend!
Dr Wong and Serene are very attentive and provide excellent professional service. The environment is clean and tidy, and the equipment is high-tech & modern. Prices are fair and reasonable with zero hard sell, will definitely be back again soon ❤️
Decided to try out this new clinic. It’s a beautiful and private clinic. Did the Wonder treatment here that helps to burn fats and build muscles. My core area is normally the area where my fats collect but just after one session, it became very tight and flat and I’m now obsessed at how effective it is. Aiming to get from a 1 pack to a 6 pack. Complements my fitness routine. The doctor here is also very caring and meticulous. Will definitely be back for more sessions!
I had a great experience at the clinic. Friendly, knowledgeable folks, who gave great advice on how to manage facial melasma. I could see the effect of the treatment. Great advice on what oral supplements I should be taking. No pressure to sign any package, which was great. Would highly recommend 💜
Had a lovely facial at Ikigai Wellness Clinic Singapore! The space is calm and welcoming, and the therapist was gentle, attentive, and professional. My skin felt super refreshed and glowing afterward. Highly recommend for anyone looking to treat themselves or improve their skin health.

Ikigai Medical's listing shows a mid-range price indicator ($$), but specific per-session or package fees are not published on this listing. Holistic wellness sessions in Singapore typically range from S$80 to S$200 per session, with first consultations sometimes priced separately. Packages of four to ten sessions generally offer a reduced per-session rate compared to walk-in pricing. Confirm the full fee structure — including any first-consultation charge, package commitment terms, and cancellation or no-show policy — directly with the clinic before booking. Ask whether GST is included in the quoted price. See the full holistic wellness cost guide for Singapore →
Most holistic wellness practitioners conduct an intake assessment or consultation at your first visit to understand your health history, current symptoms, and goals. You are unlikely to need a formal GP referral to book, though bringing any relevant medical records, recent blood work, or specialist letters can help the practitioner tailor the session appropriately. If you intend to claim treatment costs under an insurance policy or Medisave, check whether your insurer requires a GP referral letter or diagnosis code before you attend — some integrated shield plans cover specific wellness modalities only when referred. Contact Ikigai Medical in advance if you have contraindications such as a recent surgery, pregnancy, or a chronic condition being managed by another specialist.
No regulatory licences are listed for Ikigai Medical on this directory. The relevant licensing body depends on the specific modality: physiotherapists and occupational therapists are registered with the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC); TCM practitioners with the Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners Board (TCMPB); psychologists with the Singapore Psychological Society (SPS); and medical doctors with the Singapore Medical Council (SMC). Before booking, ask the clinic to confirm the full name and registration number of the practitioner who will treat you, then verify that registration on the relevant board's public register. This is particularly important for clinical or therapeutic modalities rather than purely lifestyle-based wellness services. Confirm the practitioner's licence number on the relevant board's public register before treatment.
