Enquire by sharing your event date, venue, and headcount — whether that is a wedding, solemnisation, baby full-month, corporate function, or birthday celebration. Discuss the package scope: hours of coverage, number of photographers or videographers, deliverables (edited digital gallery, highlight reel, raw footage), and the expected turnaround time. Confirm the deposit required on signing, when the balance falls due, the travel charge if any for non-central venues, and the rescheduling or cancellation policy in the event of a postponement. Ask whether a pre-event consultation or site recce is included, and what wet-weather contingency applies for any outdoor component.
To take the next step, reach out to Ink The Moment Singapore via WhatsApp, phone, or the enquiry form with your event date and a brief description of what you need. Confirm package inclusions, deliverables, and the deposit terms in writing before signing.
Lock in the date with a written contract and deposit, confirm the public liability insurance and any HDB / condo / hotel venue paperwork, and put the deliverables, balance schedule, and rescheduling policy in writing.
⚠️ WARNING TO ALL CONSUMERS – PLEASE READ BEFORE BUYING FROM THIS INK SUPPLIER I want to share my honest experience so nobody else ends up in the same situation. We bought a compatible ink from this company to save a bit of money, and it turned out to be one of the worst decisions. Once we used their cartridge, our HP9020 printer started giving multiple errors. Even after switching back to original HP ink, the printer developed issues — eventually becoming completely unusable. When we approached the supplier for help, they were not friendly nor helpful. Instead of taking responsibility, they told us to pay for a software update. After paying and doing the update, the printer came back with even more problems. End of the day, we lost much more money because the entire machine became damaged — all due to their ink. The time wasted going back and forth was also extremely frustrating. If you are considering buying compatible ink just to save a few dollars, please don’t repeat our mistake. We thought we were being cost-saving, but in the end we had to replace the whole printer. Just spend a bit more and use genuine ink. It will save you a lot of trouble and money in the long run. Don’t be like us — learn from our experience. Buy genuine. Save your time, your printer, and your sanity.
Ordered this, print black and white, this came out. emailed them, no reply. now i had to spend few hundreds to replace the whole set of toner. cannot use this. I bought this in advance cos I’m afraid it takes awhile to reach me and whenever I wanna order, it’s always OOS. Understand the 90day warranty, but I didn’t expect that I can’t use it 4 months after warranty period, I changed it in May 2025.
Been buying toners from these guys for awhile. Every toner i've got from this company always works well out of the box with high reliability. Staff are also very friendly and professional. Highly recommended.
Needed a last-minute ink refill and they were so accommodating to let me self-collect within the next half hour. Really appreciate the quick response and smooth service! Highly recommended and will be getting my refills from here again.
I’ve been purchasing from theinksupply for a few years so thought it was high time I give them a review. Always fast to deliver, and in a recent case where I needed their help their customer service was exceptional. Thanks again for the great service and reliable products.

Ink The Moment Singapore prices its services in packages rather than by the hour. In the Singapore market, wedding full-day photography packages typically run S$2,500–6,000 and full-day videography S$3,000–8,000; combined photo and video bundles often carry a combined discount. Shorter engagements — half-day coverage, solemnisation-only, or baby full-month and 100-day sessions — are priced at the lower end of the range. Itemise the full cost when comparing: deposit on signing (typically 30–50%), balance due date, number of edited images or video length in the final deliverable, turnaround time, travel surcharge for non-central venues, and any add-ons such as a second shooter, drone footage, or same-day edit. GST applies if the vendor is GST-registered — confirm this when requesting a quote. See the full Photography & Videography cost guide for Singapore →
For weddings, book 6–12 months ahead. Peak Saturdays in March, April, October, and November fill earliest, and sought-after photographers and videographers are often committed 9–12 months out for these dates. If your date falls in a non-peak month, 4–6 months is generally sufficient, though earlier is always safer. For baby full-month, 100-day, and birthday shoots, 6–12 weeks of lead time is typical. Corporate and event bookings can sometimes be arranged with 2–4 weeks' notice depending on availability. Confirm that a signed contract and deposit formally hold your date — a verbal or WhatsApp confirmation without payment does not guarantee exclusivity. Ask about the rescheduling policy in case of a postponement, particularly for outdoor or venue-dependent shoots.
The Singapore industry standard for photography and videography is a 30–50% deposit on signing to secure the date and begin pre-event planning work. The balance is typically due 1–2 weeks before the event. Confirm in writing what the deposit covers — date hold, pre-shoot consultation, any mood-board or timeline planning hours — and what portion, if any, is refundable on cancellation. Deposits are generally non-refundable but may be transferable to a rescheduled date within a set window. Ask Ink The Moment Singapore directly about the rescheduling policy, including how much notice is required and whether a date-change fee applies. Public liability insurance is worth confirming if the shoot involves a setup at an HDB void deck, condo function room, or hotel venue, as those venues may require a copy of the certificate before granting access.
