Reno is very professional and provides the service that is necessary. He even offer advice that I can try to do something else on my own if it is a small issue and that I don't need to spend money for his service. I appreciate that he came within 25 mins after I called him. My lock was too old for the main door and when I locked it, it cannot be unlocked thus I was locked out of my house. Once he arrived he just took 5-10mins to change the lock. Price is reasonable as the job is done so fast. Definitely recommended!!!

Reno Lim (Name of Locksmith) is professional and on time for his appointment. He made sure the new lockset is working well and properly aligned for my installation of the digital smart lock and offered helpful tips to ensure the digital lock will be working properly before calling it a day. Not all locksmiths are able or willing to attempt the installation of a new door lockset for the front door, for fear of damaging door or door frame if not done properly. Moreover, a lot more work is required for installation of new door lock, including lots of drilling and chiseling. Reno is highly experienced and came well equipped with the required tools and an assistant. His rate was also not the highest I received for the work requested. To me his rate seemed reasonable for the amount of work required for the installation of the new lock. On the whole, I am pleased with his service.

Reno is a very professional, friendly and helpful locksmith. I engaged him for his service as one of my family member was locked in the toilet and unable to unlock the door. Upon arrival at the destination, Reno carefully checked on the door lock to troubleshoot of the problem. As the lock was spoilt, he carefully drill a small hole beside the lock to unlock the door. After unlocking the door, Reno highlighted that the door is warped and the lock was actually spoilit and advised us to change the lock. He even helped to check on the master bedroom's toilet door and oiled the lock with WD40 and charged us only the fees he quoted us earlier. I highly recommend Reno's service as he proofed to be professional locksmith as compared to those that charge high fees and cannot even commit the time to deliver.
