Very disappointing experience. Despite the good reviews, communication was poor from the start — slow replies and incomplete information. When I proposed a trial date, Mr Kumar Rai asked to reschedule and we agreed. However, he did not even request the venue address until the day before the trial. On the trial day itself, we were waiting and searching for the team, only to receive a WhatsApp message saying the trial was cancelled because he “did not have the address.” Cancelling at the last minute for such a reason shows a serious lack of professionalism and responsibility. Completely unacceptable.
