Got my amazing dog Molasses here 1 year ago. We got him by reccomendation on my personality, and when we met in person it was love at first sight. I left knowing I wanted HIM he is one of the best companions I have ever had. ❤️ Sadly, since the owner died they don't sell dogs anymore. But they are still great groomers. I 100% reccomend.
Really upset with our puppies cut. It was too awkward to tell them in the store how disappointed and upset we both are to receive our puppy in a condition we didn't ask for. She had gorgeous locks which we asked to cut only half off. NOT short. And we repeatedly said how much we don't like the poodle look as she is a mix. But.. shocked when we went to collect her and her fur is so short we lost all the puppy locks, and they gave her a poodle bear cut and lost her eyebrows. We asked for as natural as possible, but she looks absolutely nothing like we requested. We will certainly not come back and really hope it grows extra fast for a quick repair. They also didn't seem to provide her with water after an exhausting experience for her. Photos show before, what we asked for.. and what we got.
We have been going to our favourite grooming place Inu town for more than a year. Our Groomer Ying Xiu is very patient, friendly & caring towards both my babies 💕. I love how she interact with them and both the babies enjoy, love their time there. ☺️😄 10/10 for all their services.
Amazing job by the groomers! Both my dogs were happy and really enjoyed the whole session. It was Rufus first time here as well! And we can see that he didn’t struggle cause the groomers were really careful with him! Highly recommended!
Just had my first visit to Inu Town since we moved to the neighborhood. The groomer paid close attention to detail and did a great job cutting my dog's hair in a style that's very close to what I wanted. Fluffy ears and tail!

Grooming prices in Singapore vary primarily by the pet's size, breed, and coat condition. Most providers charge a base rate per session, with surcharges for heavy coats, de-shedding treatments, and add-ons such as teeth brushing, nail grinding, or ear cleaning. Inu Town is priced in the mid-range tier, though exact fees for your specific pet should be confirmed directly with the team. When enquiring, ask for a clear breakdown of what is included in the quoted price and whether any add-ons are charged separately. As Inu Town operates from a fixed location, transport or mobile surcharges would not typically apply. See the full pet grooming cost guide for Singapore →
Most grooming facilities in Singapore require dogs to be current on core vaccinations, typically DHPP (distemper, hepatitis, parvovirus, and parainfluenza) and rabies. For cats, FVRCP (feline viral rhinotracheitis, calicivirus, and panleukopenia) is the standard requirement. Bordetella vaccination is commonly required by facilities that also offer boarding or daycare, as kennel cough spreads easily in group settings. Vaccination records are generally expected to be within 12 months of the appointment date. Bring your pet's vaccination booklet or a vet-issued certificate to the first session. If your pet's records are not current, schedule a vet visit before booking the grooming appointment. Contact Inu Town directly to confirm their specific vaccination requirements before your first visit.
In Singapore, grooming-only facilities are not subject to the same AVS (Animal and Veterinary Service) licensing requirements that apply to pet boarding establishments. Inu Town is verified by KakiList, meaning a real person has confirmed operating details and contact information, and it carries a 4.8-star rating across 114 Google reviews, a robust sample. However, Inu Town is not listed on the ACRA business registry based on available data, and no specific licences are on record. Before your pet's first visit, it is reasonable to ask the provider directly about their insurance arrangements in the event a pet is injured or becomes unwell during a session, and to confirm their protocol for handling such situations. Visit the facility, check the vaccination policy, and confirm insurance before drop-off.
