Before we left the house, our shoes were placed neatly. This cleaner from IPM was cleaning the corridor and we politely asked her to clean the front door area. She refused to do so rudely and messed up our shoes after we left. Is this how your cleaners are trained? Do you vet through who you are hiring ? Or is this how the entire company works? If she was unwilling to work properly, she can quit. Her duty is to clean the corridor external areas of all the condo units, isn’t it?

I was at Kinex having my meals. On the side there was a power point so I used it to charge my power bank. The cleaner from IPM confronted me saying that it is only for their use and not for patrons usage. If the shopping mall doesn't want the public to use the amenities, please do put up notices and let us know. Didn't have a good experience and will not patronise the mall again because of this negative experience. And in no way should the cleaner chase the customer away like this. I felt that his action is very uncalled for !
