your malaysian auntie cleaner at 268 orchard denied me entry to use the toilet just because i work at lvl 1 instead of lvl 6??? hello after reviewing the reviews your cleaners have a bad habit of denying people entry to the toilet are you all a cleaning service company or toilet guarding company? after i said i still wanted to use the toilet due to it being urgent, she replied and she then said to me “if the office people were to complain how?” guys this is a public toilet were talking about not some private toilet designated for office people only. please ISS look into this matter this is absolutely concerning. what a disgrace.
