These guys are an absolute disgrace, terrible communication. I told them clearly that i had vacated the property earlier (hence a 'Vacate clean') and they said nothing and then complained that the power was not on. they then refused to refund me and the manager abused me over the phone saying that its in the fine print. at no point did they state what they needed. Just took my money and did not complete the service. AVOID THESE PEOPLE, Absolutely disgusting humans

I DEEPLY REGRET booking a deep clean with Ivory cleaning. I ended up paying over $100/hr for this "deep clean" service (photos taken after the cleaner first suggested he finished). If I wasn't onsite when the work was being done and requested the cleaner to fix some obviously not cleaned parts, I would be left with : • Multiple dusty surface areas including kitchen bench and display shelves (almost empty so not really much of excuse there for them not to be cleaned) • Cobwebs still on the ceiling in bedroom and living areas • Window frames and door frames were either left dusty (untouched) or made wet with dusty/dirty water (so still not cleaned) • Completely untouched oven which was included in the quote • Shower with soap scum on the tiles and mould on the grout To be fair, the cleaner was very polite and didn't do a bad job for the parts he actually did, and did fix up the parts we asked for at the end, but the lack of attention to detail isn't what we expected for a deep clean service. We had to go through one by one with him. The process was of course not too pleasant and made me feel like I'm a demanding person. But those stuffs are pretty basic and would probably be covered by a standard surface cleaning, don't need to be with "deep cleaning" service. I used their service before and the job was done amazingly so I had the same expectations this time - I was so wrong. I contacted the company and they told me it's not about the duration of the work (I complained about how quickly the cleaner planned to leave as well), it's about the quality of work - which was not there at all if we let the cleaner leave when he said he finished. In short, I could probably get the same outcome (maybe even better) with half of the price I paid if I just hire a cleaner with hourly rate, not a deep clean service from Ivory Cleaning. Edit: I tried another cleaning service today (2024) and their regular cleaning is way more thorough than the deep cleaning I got from Ivory Cleaning - at a lot cheaper price as well!! Do yourself a favour and skip this one. There are plenty of cleaning services that do better jobs out there!

Genuinely meant. Ivory cleaning services sent two lovely, well spoken young men to clean my home for a final inspection to our recent sale. I wanted my home to be sparkling fresh and clean for the new owners and they did a fantastic job. I was very impressed. I would not hesitate to recommend this company at all. Unfortunately, I cannot remember the young mens' names.
