Had a wonderful experience with Jackson both with putting our property up for sale as well as securing a new unit of our liking with the specifications we desired. Jackson and his team came up with digital mock ups of what our home could look like which attracted genuine buyers and helped to secure the sale with the terms we wanted! Also, Jackson and his team helped to come up with a strategy to help finance our new home, facilitated the entire process with the developer and helped us find an interim home while waiting for the TOP of our new house. All in all, we felt like Jackson was a friend looking out for our best interests at each point, extremely professional such that we could both see that he’s very good at what he does. We hired Jackson for the sale of our HDB flat after going with another agent for a month without anything fruitful materialising. The experience of working with Jackson was superior: 1. He took the time to sit down with us to find out what our goals were and what we thought were the difficulties in selling our place. 2. He took an analytical approach to help us strategise the best way to market our flat - price-wise, and ensuring the best reach on online channels. 3. Always prompt in updating us after viewings and following up with potential buyers. And then, based on the feedback obtained, advising us on how we might adjust our strategy and approach to the sale. E.g. When we raised the idea of targeting landed property downgraders as a potential market, he suggested pivoting with additional advertising in the newspapers on top of the usual online channels. 4. Managing the financial considerations and the timeline of the sale and purchase of our next house well - presenting the data to us in a way that is easy for us to understand and helping us stay on top what needs to be done on our end vis-a-vis the buyer of our flat. 5. His videos and photos of our flat were also very well shot. Throughout the whole process, Jackson was very professional. I would highly recommend Jackson to anyone looking to buy/sell their property.
