Nurse Peik Joo Mah arrived 1.5 hours from the time I have reach out to the consultant and she has been nothing but amazing. Responsive during weekends, able to secure an appointment on Monday. However, dressing and cleaning of wound was done unprofessionally as the materials were already expired and hence, it was deemed as not required by the nurse. Considering this was a medical service provided to patients, this is very unethical and unprofessional. Tried with one appointment from them, just for cleaning of wound, this was a huge disappointment.
