Mafuz, being the site supervisor and his team have been providing prompt replies, updates (site visit before installation) and good before and after service such as reminder day before appointment by the office and replying to queries whenever we have issues regards to our aircon. Installation and advice were smooth and hassle-free. We relocated two less-used units to the living room and installed a brand new System 3. The cabling and trunking work were done well, and the whole job was completed in one day (from 9am to 7pm), which was efficient. I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 because the work area was not properly covered during installation. The kitchen and dining table were left uncovered, and the dust spread quite badly. In the end, I had to spend an additional $300 on professional cleaning

Absolutely fabulous service. The team arrived exactly at the time they said and started the work immediately. No waste of time the dismantling of old setup, setting up the new pipes and the installation of new air con was pretty fast. More importantly the they made sure that the handover was very clean with sealants covering all the gaps where necessary. I would recommend this company anytime for a good work
