Our experience with Jia is pleasant! We took up the $480 post-reno cleaning. The unit was really dusty after all the electrical works, but they did a great job in cleaning the whole unit (even wipe down for our kitchen cabinets). The windows were thoroughly cleaned too. I didn't met the whole cleaning crew, but only one. He's very polite and patient when I did my checking. I've found some areas that have been missed out and mentioned it to him, he diligently took note of them and ensured they are cleaned before he leaves. And all the while, the boss has been very proactive in providing us the advice and updates that we need. It's very assuring. I believe the varied standards could be due to various cleaning teams, but I would still recommend Jia for cleaning services. If there's any unsatisfactory service, I would think that the boss is a reasonable person to work things out!

Super horrible service!! The manager, Jia En, has a very bad attitude. He used a blower and blow all the dust inwards and the dust were stuck behind the appliances. Asked him questions, he gave snobbish attitude. Initially, said 3-4 hours can complete, in the end finished at 10pm!! Their cleaning quality is also not thorough! Rushed through and missed out so many dusty areas. It's supposed to be a post renovation cleaning session! I have to engage another group of cleaners to redo everything! Apparently, this Jia En was unhappy that my ID did not pay him before the session! But hello! I made my payment to the ID company already!! That's between you and the ID!! You should still do your work professionally! Where is your professionalism!??!??!! Will definitely not recommend this company!!👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

they sent 3 pax to wash a 3 room hdb which was good. however no local supervisor came down to see what they have done, but rather get the team to send the pict of the completed cleaning. being the owner i was not there the whole time- towards the ending i went to check the cupboard and sweep it with my hands - it was as if not clean and i seek them to reclean. also the kitchen floor was also not totally cleaned to my opinion.
