I am absolutely thrilled with my new micro cement bathroom! From the initial consultation to the final walkthrough, the experience was outstanding. Kelvin and entire team were incredibly accommodating, patient with all my questions, and genuinely committed to achieving the best possible result. Their attention to detail was remarkable. We love our micro floor done by Kelvin and his team! Micro cement is very well done, and any issues we had, Kelvin would send his staff over to fix them! Our flooring had a small chip due to an accident some time after the project was done, and kelvin still took the time to come down and help us touch up. Customer service is 💯and i will highly recommend working with his team

Engage this vendor only if you’d like your microcement to come in a delightful assortment of mismatched colours and artistic imperfections. See photos for the full museum exhibit. They swore it would all be the same colour before touch up. Maybe they mean from a parallel universe. On the bright side, your home will become a guaranteed conversation starter. Every time friends or family visit, you can enjoy reliving the tragic tale of The Great Microcement Mystery. You’ll likely deal with the same representative and marketing like I did. An expert in vanishing acts and brillant excuse maker whenever rectification is mentioned. Even my interior designer eventually gave up and told me he will not recommend them to his worst enemy. So if you’re feeling adventurous, by all means give them a try.
