Hi, This is Rakesh...I was looking for property to purchase last year....the search was too long for more than a year and still unable to find the right property...either the price was too high, or the property was not satisfying....I too met some agents and they were trying to somehow sell the units they have but not giving attention to my requirements...During the process, I met Samuel and Joei...First thing I like from both is that, they didn't try to sell the units they have to me rather they ask my requirements patiently....They have a checklist and they modify the checklist based on my requirements and get my consensus. After we align, they start looking for units and come with few units, arrange viewing and we shortlist one. After negotiation, I took some time to respond due to some personal beliefs and rituals....Within the response time, the seller sold that unit to another buyer...But Samuel was very patient and understand those rituals and include that also while buying time from the seller. Finally he founded a unit and we are able to procure few months ago....I am really happy with the service and the unit we got....I really appreciate their efforts, patience and maturity in understanding and fulfilling clients requirements..
