I know Hitachi Singapore does not care about this review but I just want to tell everyone here, DO NOT BUY Hitachi Aircon! My aircon stop working after 10 months of purchase. They sent technician came for 3 times within 2 months , change main boards and power board for me twice. However, one of the room aircon still down after 1 day of changing main board! Now the best thing is 1 year manufacturer warranty just over. The warranty will fall under Gain City from tomorrow. How many times should I call for repair again? Thank you Gain City Waterway Point that recommend us to buy this Hitachi brand😤

DO NOT buy "HITACHI AIRCON". The after sales service is 'REALLY REALLY BAD'. I bought a system 3 Hitachi Aircon in Feb 2022. All of a sudden all my 3 Aircon's stopped working giving up some error and I called up the Technician to check. The Technician said the compressor is gone and they are going to replace it FREE, since my purchase still falls under the warranty period. I have been waiting for more than 2 weeks now and they are still saying they don't have stock (compressor). Only god knows, when they will get their stock (compressor) and fix my 3 Aircon's. Biggest LESSON learned, never buy a system 3 and definitely not HITACHI again, due to their poor after sales service. Worst thing is that the Hitachi Technician who came to my house check, he himself says not to buy Hitachi cos the latest Aircon product's are not same as before. They easily get spoilt within few months.

Came here to say the same. Bought their Aircon on 2022, and in 3 years it malfunctioned 3 times. All the same issue, switching on and off by itself when I did not even turn it on. So I switch it off, and then it turned on and off by itself again. Had to call courts every time, and then have to wait a few days for their contractor to call me back for a date(or I have to call them back again if I don't receive any calls), and then have to wait again for them to come down and check, and then have to wait to set a date again to replace/repair. It takes like 2-3weeks and a lot of energy and time to go back and forth with the wait and the calls and the aircon not yet fixed and turning on and off by itself when I don't want it on in the first place. And every time, it's the PCB/thermostat issue. Even with the warranty, it's not worth it. How else can the same ac unit PCB spoil 2 times in 3 years, and another ac unit spoils in a year, when they are built to last on average at least 10-15years. *Edit* Same issue again. On and off, again. Within months. Pek chek. Spent so much money to cause so many same issues with no solution.

My York Aircon was spoilt. Engaged their service to replace as they are the only agent in Singapore. However the service provided by them was incorrigible. During pandemic times like this, their service staff took down their mask throughout the entire session, forcing us to wear masks in our own house. Called their office after that, the response we got seemed to tell us there is nothing they can do. In addition, the attitude of the staff was rude, demanding us to do this and that, and not willing to change parts to see what was the issue - said it is too much work for him? But that’s not what the staff I spoke to yesterday told me. Probably one of the worst people I have ever spoken to for a very long time. Please buy York at your own risk, as they are the ONLY agent in Singapore.

Just installed my new Hitachi system 3 bought from Courts SG at Tampines , salesman was Great very professional ( Mr Lee ) AC no doubt about it the reason I choose this brand is reliable and is worth to purchase comes with auto swing as well while the rest of the function I don't have to say and some Top Branded don't have it , ac compressor is 30,000 BTU is the best one among others most importantly is the price is way cheaper than those top branded Many of my friends was stunned when I purchased this brand in Courts SG they offered me the best deal and best price compare to other rival companies , technician arrived are PRO once again Thanks Courts and thanks Johnson Control
