Our princess Marshmallow had passed on to her next life in another beautiful world. She had taught us what is joy in life and also what is emptiness without her being around with us anymore. Her memories will be everlasting in our life. My family and myself greatly appreciate Joyous Vet doctors and staffs for taking care of our princess. We did everything we could to give her comfortable life. Our very special thanks to doctor Grace Heng 🙏🏻

I've know Joyous Vet since they were at Yuan Ching Road. Dr Grace is very professional and kind. I've had all my pets well taken care by her. She will give added advise and knowledge and it's a true blessing to have her.. Thumbs up ...

Used to visit this clinic many years back for previous dog. The vet there are snobbish. Lack of compassion. Irresponsible. Rude. Same for the nurses. I paid them to do kidney drip but ended up I have to hold the drill myself. And even when it’s done couldn’t get anyone there to remove the needles leaving my poor baby stuck with needles for some time. And the vet there makes u feel like u are a nuisance even though paid them to do it. Their emergency hotline basically only open the clinic for u & leave the dog in cage unattended no medical attention nothing & the vet went home. Then what’s the emergency hotline for??? And charging so much ??? After dog passed I never go back even had 2nd & 3rd dog now. Surprised that it’s still around & wonder how many pets suffered under their hands

This has to be the worse i vet I’ve visited. Brought my dog here because it is close to my place. A single ultrasound I booked for at 1pm required them to hold my dog for 6 hours before being able to pick her up. Subsequently when we picked her they didn’t even tell her what is the outcome until we called them to check if we can feed the dog to which they said she cannot be fed because she had anaesthesia - it is ridiculous as the dog owner we have to check when it’s the responsibility of the clinic to inform us of medical outcomes

We visited Dr. Grace for the first time today on a recommendation from my friend Valerie, and I’m so glad we did! Dr. Grace was incredibly patient, gentle with my pup, and took the time to answer all our questions thoroughly. At no point did we feel rushed; the entire consultation felt calm and reassuring. We did my pup's final puppy vaccination with her today, and I’m definitely planning to return for future checkups. Also want to give a shoutout to the two lovely counter staff (didn’t catch their names, but both were Chinese ladies); they were friendly, helpful, and made the whole experience smooth from start to finish. Great team and a very positive experience overall. Thank you TJV team!

What vaccinations does "Joyous Veterinary Clinic" require?

For dogs, core vaccinations typically include DHPP (distemper, hepatitis, parvovirus, parainfluenza) and rabies, with bordetella recommended if your dog is in contact with other animals. For cats, the FVRCP combination vaccine (feline viral rhinotracheitis, calicivirus, and panleukopenia) is standard, along with rabies where required. Most clinics expect vaccinations to be current within the past 12 months. When booking an appointment at Joyous Veterinary Clinic, bring your pet's vaccination records so the team can review immunisation history. If your pet's vaccinations are overdue, the clinic may be able to administer them at the same visit. Contact the clinic directly to confirm their specific requirements.

Is "Joyous Veterinary Clinic" licensed and insured?

Joyous Veterinary Clinic is verified by KakiList, meaning its operating details and contact channels have been confirmed by a real person. However, no ACRA registration has been cross-checked for this listing, and no regulatory licences are currently recorded on the KakiList profile. In Singapore, veterinary practices and their practitioners are regulated by the Singapore Veterinary Council (SVC) under the Veterinary and Para-Veterinary Professions Act — you may verify the clinic and its veterinarians on the SVC public register. For boarding or grooming facilities, an Animal & Veterinary Service (AVS) licence is required. Before your pet's first visit, it is worth confirming with the clinic what professional licences are held and whether the practice carries insurance covering incidents during treatment. Visit the facility, check the vaccination policy, and confirm insurance before drop-off.
