About Julia Gabriel Centre
Julia Gabriel Centre is an education provider located at Forum on Orchard Road, offering programmes that sit within the international school and enrichment space. The centre is KakiList-verified and ACRA-registered. It holds a 4.7-star rating across 165 Google reviews, a robust sample that provides a reliable signal of consistent parent satisfaction. Pricing is indicated at the mid-range ($$) on a monthly recurring basis, though full fee details should be confirmed directly with the centre.
For families considering enrolment, the first step is to clarify which curriculum track and age group the centre caters to, and how that aligns with your child's current schooling pathway and longer-term university ambitions. It is worth asking about the intake assessment process for older students, class sizes and student-to-teacher ratios, and any SEN or learning support capacity. Given that fees are structured on a monthly recurring basis rather than an annual tuition model, confirm the full cost picture in writing — including any non-refundable enrolment fees, refundable deposits, and materials or resource levies — before committing. Waitlist timelines for popular year groups can be significant, so early enquiry is advisable.
To take the next step, contact Julia Gabriel Centre directly by phone or through their enquiry form to request a school visit, ask about current availability for your child's age group, and obtain a full written fee schedule before making any payment.
Visit during programme hours, verify any CPE/EduTrust certification on the CPE register if applicable, and get the full cost breakdown and refund policy in writing before paying.
My daughter is 16 months old, and we’ve been attending the Playnest programme every Wednesday at 8:45 am. Teacher Soba is fantastic — you can really feel her genuine care, warmth, and enthusiasm! All the teachers are cheerful, energetic, and make an effort to engage every child. We truly enjoy our sessions, and my little girl is always so happy in class. The activities are fun, interactive, and make learning such a joyful experience. Highly recommend this programme to any parent looking for a wonderful bonding time with their little one through play and happy learning!
My son 11 month old attended Wednesday 8.45am class. My child has truly enjoyed and benefited from the playnest class! From the very first session, I noticed he is really happy and enjoyed the class. The activities are fun, engaging, and thoughtfully planned — helping him learn through play while also building strength and focus. He always looks forward to every class, and it’s wonderful to see him so excited to move, explore, and make new friends. The teacher are patient, encouraging, and know exactly how to bring out the best in each child. I’m so glad we joined this program — it’s been a great way for my child to grow physically and emotionally while having lots of fun!
Teacher Tiffany Dass is a highly charismatic and inspiring teacher. Every time I listen to her after class sharing, it feels like I am listening to a story. Her way of speaking is incredibly engaging and captures attention easily. So, both my child and I truly enjoy her classes. In addition, Teacher Tiffany is always willing to share her experiences and give sincere, thoughtful advice. She observes each child’s learning progress in class and adapts her teaching based on individual learning styles, truly teaching students according to their needs. What I appreciate the most is her patience and dedication in communicating with parents after class. Whenever I have questions or concerns about my child’s learning, she always takes the time to share insights and provide guidance. As a result, not only has my child learned a great deal in her class, but I, as a parent, have also learned valuable ways to better support my child.
Engaging Teachers and Wonderful Place for Little Learners! We couldn’t be happier with our experience here. From the moment we walked in with our twins, it was clear that this is a place where children are not only cared for, but truly engaged. Teacher Shoba, Brie, and Francis are absolutely fantastic—warm, enthusiastic, and full of loving energy. They make learning fun through play, music, storytelling that keep the children curious and excited. What really stood out for me was how well all the teachers connect with each child, making them feel seen, heard, and valued. The group has an environment full of connection, comfort, and trust, that you can see how the children feel safe, confident, and eager to participate. I see our twin girls becoming more engaged, confident, and come home mimicking fun new things they learn about each after each class. We truly look forward to each class every week. I highly recommend JG Forum to any parent looking for a playgroup that balances learning, creativity, and genuine care. We’re so grateful to be part of this joyful group.
My daughter has attended their playnest class for 2 terms and have thoroughly enjoyed the class. Interesting segments like story telling and music are loved by the children while learning to be comfortable with teachers/babies/toddlers in a classroom setting. A special shoutout to Teacher Zai who has been amazing! She is full of positive energy and her zest for teaching the students shone through. My daughter has graduated playnest and will continue playclub next term with Teacher Zai.

Julia Gabriel Centre uses a monthly recurring fee structure rather than a single annual tuition invoice, so the cost picture differs from a typical international school model. You should confirm the full breakdown in writing before committing: this includes the monthly programme fee, any non-refundable enrolment fee (typically S$3,500–7,500 at international-style providers), a refundable deposit (often equivalent to one to two months' fees), and any materials, resource, or activity levies. Transport and meal arrangements, if offered, add further to the annual total. Fee escalation from year to year is worth discussing upfront if you are planning a multi-year enrolment. Tuition fees at registered private education providers are generally GST-exempt, but confirm this applies to all components of the invoice. Julia Gabriel Centre is known primarily for its speech and drama, early years language, and communication-based programmes rather than a full K-12 curriculum track such as IB, American AP, British IGCSE, or Canadian Ontario. This means its programmes are more likely to complement a child's mainstream or international school education than to serve as a standalone pathway to university admission. Families should ask directly about the age range served, how the programme aligns with their child's current school curriculum, and whether any qualifications or certifications are awarded on completion. If your primary goal is securing a recognised university-entry qualification, clarify this with the centre before enrolment to ensure the offering meets your expectations.
The process typically begins with a phone call or online enquiry form to check availability for your child's age group and the relevant programme. Given the centre's strong rating and established reputation on Orchard Road, popular sessions can fill up, so early enquiry is worthwhile. Ask about any intake assessment or placement process, particularly for older children joining mid-programme. Confirm what fees are due at the point of registration, which are refundable if circumstances change, and what notice is required to end enrolment. It is advisable to visit the centre, meet the lead teacher or programme coordinator, and obtain the full fee schedule and programme outline in writing before paying any deposit.
