The receptionist who picked up the phone was so damn rude. She talked as if she was the boss for the company. I just made a simple enquiry and she started raising her voice and she got frustrated and angry at me for no apparent reason. So ridiculous. Company has to make sure not to hire rude staff as behaviour like this can easily spoil a reputation of a company.
