I had engaged Ninja Pest Control to eradicate both subterranean termites in my storeroom/ bathroom, and drywood termite in my display cabinet. Foad is very knowledgeable about both types of termites and how to get rid of them. I had a previous technician who was not good because the termite food bait mix was too wet and sticky, and the subterranean termites population after two weeks had not decreased. I figured it was because the termites would not take such wet and sticky food for fear of being glued to the food! Foad’s termite drier bait preparation made more sense in baiting the termite population. I was originally told that a bad subterranean termite infestation may take a few months to eradicate, and my storeroom really had a very bad infestation. But this has been eradicated in just two months! Foad was professional in his explanation and the way he conducted the checks and eradication process. I felt assured from the beginning that he could handle the termite problems properly. I was not disappointed! While Foad was doing his work, I could see that he took special care, and interest in helping me to fully solve the termite issues. He was hard-working and did a good job. He has also a professionally pleasant personality. I am happy with the services of Foad and Ninja Pest Control. Certainly recommended!

I have nothing but good things to say about Ninja Pest Control. I want to give special thanks especially to Hafiz who is excellent. He is always puncture, and will message me even if he is going to be just 10 mins late due to traffic congestion. Every visit, he diligently applied the treatment foam and set traps. He also gave very useful advice like how to get rid of drain flies and what to buy to fortify the possible entry points of roaches. Most of all, he got to the root of my roach problems when he advised me to get rid of a small wooden board at the base of my kitchen cabinet where he suspected the roaches were, and he was right. He even helped me seal the gaps as best as he could after the board was removed. I am forever grateful for his help. I used to engage another pest control company for a number of years and am so glad I switched to Ninja. I am very very happy with my decision and the results. Thank you Hafiz and Ninja!

Sone worked very carefully and meticulously. In addition to the areas suspected as cockroach entry points, he also thoroughly checked the surrounding areas. I asked him to inspect multiple locations, and he diligently examined all of them. He was also very kind and clear in explaining the work he carried out. Overall, it was a very satisfying decision.
