I previously had a bad experience with this groomer. Initially, everything started off well, but a few grooming sessions, my dog developed skin and ear allergies following the shower at the shop. The anal gland expression was also not done properly, which caused discomfort for my dog. Despite this experience, I was willing to give them another chance. I made sure to confirm the grooming appointment time beforehand. On the day of the appointment, I took a taxi to the shop with my dog for the 3:30pm session. However, upon arrival, I was told there was no available slot and was asked to wait for three hours.I just left the shop without my dog grooming. I end up paying pet taxi money unnecessarily which is not cheap. This was extremely frustrating, especially after confirming the timing in advance. Proper coordination and time management are very important, as pet owners rely on groomers for professional and reliable service. Unfortunately, this experience reflects very poor service standards. I hope the management can improve their scheduling system and overall service quality for the benefit of both pets and their owners.
