The two technicians arrived on time and worked carefully. They pointed out that both units had a roller issue was caused by a previous contractor and explained it clearly. Despite that, they still cleaned both units thoroughly. They didn’t rush the job and took time to answer my questions. I appreciated that they were honest and didn’t try to upsell anything. The aircons have been working well since the servicing. Overall the service felt reliable and professional. Communication before and after the job was good.
