Karrene, in our first impression, comes across as a friendly and kind individual. Getting to know her more through the process, we found out her willingness to listen and her empathetic qualities meant that we would be sure she would source the right homes for us. Her honesty and feedback of the homes allow us to make fair judgements of the places, allowing us to make the best decision and ultimately, through her great persuasion, we manage to get our ideal unit! In a brutally competitive sales domain, Karrene is by far one of the best person we could ever hope for, she does not exude the vibe you would normally get from a sales individual, her service stems from the roots of a down to earth human heart that translates to continuous follow ups and pointers throughout the whole journey from decision making to getting the keys. I know Karrene from a mutual friend, who recommended her to me for my first resale purchase - and am i glad to have met her. She's extremely professional, possesses high EQ skills and handles buyer-seller relationships really well. She handled most of the execution work really well, and from what I observed with relative ease - that comes with her many years of seasoned experience. For first time buyers, or sellers like myself - i would really recommend Karrene. Whenever i had questions, doubts, it was addressed really promptly - whether that's via whatsapp, call or in person. We also made a couple of good prompt decisions after viewings, and it wasn't long before i found a resale flat with Karren's help. She's extremely stable, trustworthy and I do believe she's well-liked by her clients.

Great servicing from Karrene to meet my requirement for my house search. "Action speaks louder than words", can be found in her rather than some agent who just talk with great promises that can't be fufill which actually made me doubt on the professionalism of an housing agent nowadays. But Karrene proof me wrong. I would like to take this opportunity to thanks for her on the efforts that she had put in. Impressed with her on the patient of explaining several times to me on every transaction details, how figures are computed, linking up on stuffs, paperworks to be done, her follow up is always there making sure that things goes smoothly, her promptly reply even during late at night and a lot more.. :) Her care snd concern didn't stop right after my sales of house rather than she will still check on me if things are going fine for my family, renovation, etc.. I will definitely introduce her service to my friends and relatives. Thumbs up for Karrene's professionalism and her passion in work.
